Hi all! Which is your favourite version of La Belle? *Note* The official JPG website mentions notes of apricot, vanilla, patchouli, magnolia, jasmine, osmanthus in the La Belle Flower Edition fragrance. The notes I mentioned in the video were taken from the Fragrantica website :)
I impulse-bought this from the JPG site, and I was surprised by how powdery it is-wasn't expecting it, and still trying to figure out how I feel about it, haha
Soki London's Armetis is a gorgeous peach fragrance! I would be interested in your opinion. I love it. I used to get Jo Malone Nectarine and Honey which I still like but I have to say Soki's really put it to shame in terms of a more interesting, sophistocated,, fresh juicy fragrance and much more staying power. It always drove me nuts to spend so much money on a cologne, the weakest concentration, from Jo Malone.
La Belle was the first sweet perfume I found complex, unique and non juvenile. Since then there've been many more, but La Belle opened my mind. I'll do a smell test as a JPG fan, but I have enough nice easy wearables. Love your detailed reviews.
I’m glad to see this review! I’ve been excited to try it, but I will probably pass if the performance isn’t there. Have you tried Artemis by Soki London? It’s a fresh/clean/crisp peach & nectarine scent with green and woody notes. It reminds me of Gucci Flora. I really enjoy it.
Thank you so much for your review! Please can you review Alien Extraintense Mugler? I love the previous Thierry Mugler fragrances and I really hope this is at a high standard as his fragrances were! Many thanks
I was not in love with it either. It felt more like a peach or apricot iced tea, at best MAYBE a marmalade, but it never quite went that direction but just hovered on the edge of it. Earthy, dry overripe fruit for me. No candy for me. Vanilla also not in full force. Fruity, but not juicy. Creamy flowers in the background with some light woody accords. The totality of La Belle Flower is not my scent profile personally. The OG, although a different fruit profile altogether, is way more delicious to me.
I agree, I was confused and disappointed by this one. The patchouli is very prominent on my skin and the vanilla is in the background. I'm hoping the vanilla will come forward with time. Until then, back in the can it goes.

I have mine ordered, I cannot wait for it to arrive. Great review as always, thank you x
Thanks for sharing this perfume
I wish the stores around me carried the La Belle flankers! I’ve only ever seen the OG La Belle at our counters. I’ll have to get a sample!

I’m curious and Bitter Peach is also my favorite peach so I will give it a sniff for sure!

Hi Arleen, I know how excited you were about this fragrance, I’m sorry you don’t love it
Do you ever test the new Kenzo perfumes or isi myjaki perfumes????
@brigittelehmann9749 I've tried the new Kenzo Indigo...it's a like for me, quite nice, but I won't be buying it. Not really in an iris mood atm 😊
