- Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith (Avec Aerosmith in France) is an enclosed launched steel roller coaster at Disney's Hollywood Studios at the Walt Disney World Resort and at the Walt Disney Studios Park in Disneyland Paris. As the attraction's name suggests, the coaster features Aerosmith members, Steven Tyler, Joe Perry, Tom Hamilton, Joey Kramer, and Brad Whitford.
The Florida attraction opened on July 29, 1999 and is located at the end of Sunset Boulevard, an area of the park which also features The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror. The Paris attraction opened on March 16, 2002 in the Backlot section of the park; it is currently the fastest roller coaster in France. As of July 2008, Hanes is the attraction's presenting sponsor.
The coaster accelerates from 0 to 57 miles per hour in 2.8 seconds (making this the second-fastest attraction at the Walt Disney World Resort, behind only Test Track). The riders experience 4.5 G as they enter the first inversion, more than an astronaut does on a space shuttle launch. Both versions of the attraction feature five trains, although only four can run at one time. The remaining train is kept in backup while being serviced (each train is rotated out periodically for safety reasons). (Wikipedia)

This ride helped overcome my fears of round loops in roller coasters. Cause I didn’t know this ride had them, and you can’t see a thing. So it felt so much fun, one time I did this ride like 3 times in a row 😂
I went on this ride , it was terrifying but amazing, the scariest part is the start because it takes off so fast and you get flung back into your chair but otherwise it's amazing 😂
+Jungkookie Maknae it' indeed great but if you ever got the chance, you should visit phantasialand in germany and ride the Taron!!! The acceleration on this one is just the maximum a human body can take :-) (it's the best launch coaster I know!)
Mhm I agree, I went on this a couple of weeks back and the take off is the scariest part but omg it was the funniest thing I did in all my life, (it was my first rollercoaster, so now whenever I see a rollercoaster I always go on it) And I rember crying cause people were screaming but it's the best! I don't regret it. I'm 11 but tbh the shoot off is the scariest 😂

Rock 'N' Roller Coaster is such an AMAIZING ride :) i'm so happy to ride the Coaster in one week again :) waited nearly a year now after my last visit :)

Honnêtement, cette attraction est génial. Je déteste les manèges à sensation forte mais celui la je l’ai adoré (Oui j’ai surtout peur des descentes en général mdr) mais là ça va tellement vite, qu’on ne sent même pas les loopings, on es absorbé par la musique et les lumières, en bref, c’est génial !
Je ne l’ai pas connu mais là dernière fois j’ai fait l’hyperespace Mountain et tout comme toi j’ai horreur des descentes (donc la tour de la terreur c’est une sensation horrible), mais j’ai adoré cette attraction, je ne sais pas si c’est parce qu’on est dans le noir, l’ambiance, ou la vitesse mais c’était génial. Je sais pas si le Rock n Roller coaster était sensiblement pareil?

@@petitemarjo630 c’était pas le parcours le plus intéressant sur cette attraction mdr, c’était la théma et l’ambiance, maintenant ils nous ont foutu une vieille théma dégueulasse sur "tron" mdr. À croire qu’ils ont décidé de détruire toutes leures meilleures attractions. Mais faut les comprendre aussi, ils ont pas d’argent pour créer de nouvelles zones dans leur parc les pauvres, faut bien qu’ils remplacent ce qu’ils ont déjà🤣

I went to Disneyland Paris on July 2nd, and this was the very first ride I went on with my brother and some friends. It was so awesome!!

I'm going to Disneyland Paris soon with my best friend and we're both really excited to ride this! I've always looked at this ride but always been too chicken to ride it😂 I can't wait!

It's a very nice roller coaster. But if you want to experience something extremely intense, you should try Taron in Phantasialand if you got the chance! :-)
Only came here for 4:20. This was literally the scariest but funnest thing I’ve done however space mountain was my favourite

When i went in this , i think i was around 10, and i was exited about goin in the coaster, until i saw the video they show you about how the ride goes.( what they showed was not how it went but i thought it did) and i was even more scared when i saw the countdown and the launch of the coaster. When i stepped into the coaster, i started almost crying, and right before the countdown of the launch started, i said to my dad: i dont want to do this. Well, it was already too late. But the ride was awsome, i was happy i went into it.

Typhon That’s not what I wanna accomplish. I am just saying that I am not a big fan of these older Vekoma launch coasters. I also think that Disney Parks in general don’t have that much to offer

Tried this ride today without knowing exactly it's specifications. God I kept praying I'll come out alive. If you're not in good health, avoid absolutely! They were the longest 6 minutes ever!

Layla Aww Well it felt like 5-6 mins but I read on the net that the roller coaster part is around 2-3 minutes only.. it's not about the speed only, it's about the fact that there's 3 loopings in that ride. The first minute I think is faster than the rest of the ride.. not sure..

There is a double inversion just after the launch, and another one in the middle of the ride.
Je suis allé à Disney y’a un mois et demi et quand j’ai fait le Rocken Roller mon dieu je n’ai presque pas survécu! J’aime pas trop les manèges à sensation trop forte mais là j’étais vraiment pas bien! Surtout le début. J’ai gardé un mauvais souvenir de cette attraction même en regardant la vidéo j’étais pas bien ! Likez si vous avez fait cette attraction et que vous n’étiez pas bien en sortant, j’aurais la preuve que quelqu’un me soutient! 😅

Oui moi aussi je suis très très très très très très triste que cette attraction ferme je suis une grande fan de Disney et aussi une grande fan de rock n' roller coaster de cette attraction quoi et franchement cela fait au moins 2 fois ou même trois fois à chaque fois que je vais à Disney et comme je suis une femme j'y vais très très très très très souvent et de savoir que elle va fermer dans 9h rangement ça me fait mal au cœur je pense que je vais pleurer car pour 7 journée très émouvante je vais pleurer j'en suis sûr en tout cas la meilleure attraction et j'espère que la prochaine attraction sera aussi bien que celle que nous avons eu😭😭

i remember the first time I was absolutely terrified to go on this ride and never went on it bc I would never go on a rollercoaster with loops in it but the second time I went on it and I was scared but it was fun and I’ve got over my fear of loops on rollercoasters

YOU MUST have looked at an old version of the Wikipedia article, because, the article CURRENTLY says, that, both attractions feature 6 trains, with the "6th Limousine" in the Hollywood Studios version having no license plate.
I went on this it was crazy awesome at least for me. I love fast rides but when I went on this ride my dad was sitting next to me and I was really worried about him but nothing happened so it was really cool

Did this 2 days ago. I left my arse at the start. I had a sore throat the day after. It has to be at least 80 mph. It went that fast you could feel the G-force in your cheeks. 😂😂 OMG it’s mega fast. Most of the ride must have been 70 mph
It goes 57 MPH and you experience a maximum of 5 Gs

One of my fav rides I love it so ,such I forced my parents to go on it 5 times and mjy mum hated it! The queues were short because it's a upside down attraction and queues for that isn't long! Otherwise it's my fav!😘
are you sure they arent? "the smiler" (at alton towers) its a coaster that goes upside down 14 times and the lines are CRAZY
This has better quality but I rather Disney world with the 80’s and or 90’s theme with the fence and the traffic thing
