Bro what a time we live in. We just finished season 4 and I expected to wait WAY longer for the next season. We're eating good with all the shows releasing and returning.
Season 4 was supposed to be 25 episodes in the first place but they split it into two seasons. They did say part 2 will be released in June, I guess they just made a new season instead.
@@spirit4425 because its something incredibly hard to do. animation takes ages, no matter how many people are working on it. i hope the animators are able to take proper care of themselves in that production rate

A while ago when I heard this show got a season 5 announcement so soon I almost had to do a double take and read the article headline again just to make sure. Even five or six years ago, normally, unless an anime was extremely popular or ran weekly throughout the year, you were lucky to get a season two announcement within two or three years of season 1 being released, and after that, you probably wouldn't even expect a season 3. Two seasons and some OVAs of anything that wasn't a total success and that was all you got most of the time as an anime only. Nowadays, continuation seasons are being announced and released left and right.
I just stumbled across this couple of weeks ago, and just finished season 3 last night. Looks like I won't have to wait long after season 4 to get season 5 as well! It's been pretty fun so far, certainly a good find.
Yo, BSD is one of the most underrated shows in the last 5 or so years... Pure bliss watching it, mysterious, interesting cases, drama mixed incredibly with comedy and high intensity action.

So~ bets out people! Give me your opinion, Will there be a flashback episode? If so will it be stormbringer or the day i picked up dazai? Personally I think it would be better if it was ''The Day I picked up Dazai'' for like a 2 epsiode flasback and Storm Bringer could be like a moive it self.
