    Gonna share this across a couple "review pages." Just got my 2016 3 up 90 HP with IBR convenience package. So, what I kept hearing is this is a perfect "entry level" jetski. I really hope they only mean price point because this jetski is intense. It pulls harder than any jetski I have ever been on. Top speed is 50 (not the fastest) but it is hands down the QUICKEST. It is NOT for beginners at all. (But that is exactly what I was hoping for when I bought it). It is tons of fun to spin around, jump waves, and get thrown off. Also it tows better than any ski I have ever used (cause it is so light it has no drag from itself, just the tube/skier/etc.). So I actually recommend this for advanced riders, and it's just icing on the cake that it is the lowest price point out there. Now the fuel economy is not as amazing as they publicize, but I have no doubts that it is still better than anything else you can find. And I'm no sea-doo, or yamaha enthusiast. Both make some great jetskis. All I'm here to say is the Spark is crazy fun and point out my opinion of who should be riding these things.

      Does your back hurt now ?

    • @Packguitar182
      @Packguitar182 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      no, what oddly got sore and tired the quickest was my hands. with that kind of pull and acceleration you obviously have to grip tighter at all times. So I'll have to get my hands/arms used to that.

    We have a 2015 sea doo GTX S 155 in what I call "orange cremesicle" colors. Its a shame it was discontinued. And technically, cant you not tow skis or tubes since it is a 2 seater? I dont really like where they put the gauge on it, but apparently the "trixx" model has it like normal. And so this doesn't even have reverse? That's stupid. The old ones used to have it standard.

      Andy's Shop I think they went that direction with this one to give a cheaper base option. I'm looking into one of these, but would definitely opt for the IBR

    Would one of these be strong enough for the fly boards and all of that?

    • @ItzMedicine

      Like, wakeboarding and stuff? If so, I'd think yes because I have another smaller sea-doo and it does great.

    Would of been awesome to see the engine and hear it start up ! I mean it has a closed cooling system ! Can't you run these bad boys all day out of the water ??

      Even though it is a closed loop cooling system, it still uses water to expel heat. On the bottom of the hull are two cooling bars. It works kind of like a radiator. I ran mine for about 5 minutes before it started to beep at me to let me know it was getting hot. They all come with a flush kit installed so you can easily plug in a water hose to circulate water and run it out of the water. Bought my Spark about a year ago. Been awesome so far!

      It has a heat exchanger which is similar to a radiator except it uses water to cool it instead of air. They use them on boats with closed cooling systems. This helps protect the engines especially from salt water. I'm not sure the specifics of this system but I suspect there is some sort of pump that circulates the water though the exchanger instead of the engine.

      No you can’t have them on for more than 1-2 minutes out of the water. It can burn up even with the inner coolant. It doesn’t have a fan or a real radiator.

    Hey Steve, I live in another state (TX) or else I would buy from you. Quick question for you. Now that the 2016 sparks are released, what is a good ball park price (out the door) this time of the year for a 2015 3up IBR model? Thanks.

    • @steveninsales
      @steveninsales  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      +940 RC Hi, Thank you for watching the video. Its hard to say whats a good out the door price right now because every region has different promotions. My region has a $200 rebate on all Sparks. If you want you can email (steven@lakenormanpowersports) and I can email you a quote back.

    That big gaping hole is what has kept me from buying one of these.... They should include storage with the base model.

    • @mattz8984
      @mattz8984 8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You can get a convince package with a storage bucket and step at the back. They should just have the front bucket standard tho

    • @wildturk79
      @wildturk79 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      +Randy BoBandy Yeah sadley they charge too much for the bucket and it's flimsy as all get out... Not worth the money. I mean seadoo has lost all my business when they pulled out these sparks with that big hole in the front... Just seems it would be a very big safety issue to me. Sold all my seadoo's and switched to kawi and yama

    I own an older Seadoo. Easy to work on and made of fiberglass. The new Seadoos are plastic and a pain to get to the engines. It's a shame they went that direction.

      alan norte leeks plastic is lighter and more flexible / durable... give it time and all the top skis will follow suit.
