I was born in Canada but my father brought me to Kenya. I really wish I could succeed but there are not many places to train what can I do I wanna become a CAM but i am chubby and can't run well I am 13 yrs old. Please help me by telling me what to do
Y-Y Gaming run more work out more man I was 198 pounds now I'm 145 and I'm a fast player but I still feel slow. recently I started doing deadlift and squats working more in mu let's and I got faster than most people I play with. just put in time.
Y-Y Gaming I'I've been a skinny person all my life, if I had any tips they would be always run your hardest, get out everyday and stretch and go for a run or jog! Even if your injured still try to go for a walk or stretch at least!! I believe in you! Remember always try hard and follow your dreams
