I can't believe i'm just seeing this video now!! I'm sure God sent me to it, because lately i've been striving to get closer to Jesus, but as I get closer to God I notice that I have bad dreams, or mean thoughts through out the day. Now I understand that the war never ends, especially for people who strive for Christ with their heart, the devil hates us the most. Hello Saba. Very good question. So happy to hear that you are careful about how you approach your healing. You are showing wisdom. As orthodox Christians, we are supposed to meditate ... on scripture. Psalm 103 is a beautiful Psalm - read it slowly, like a prayer. I think it’s a great way to start your day first thing in the morning. There are times I choose to pray it out loud. Then take your time and meditate on, think about, what this holy scripture (written thousands of years ago) says about the nature of God ... and what it says about His love for you. I find it very soothing. I like to close the day with Psalm 91. Hope this helps. Blessings to you my friend.
