That "Super" made me feel like I am with my grandpa. So touching and warm and subtle, I could feel the taste of the catfish in my mouth - soft... but not too soft, intense... but light. Everything combined, nothing left out. Just a piece of fish fillet cooked to perfection.

This has to be one of my favorites. As a boy I grew up on a farm and most of the things we ate were caught. Fish was, and still is, one of my favorite meals. Keep up the great videos.

This is one of those times where I could input myself into his shoes and live like this for the rest of my life without ever looking back. It’s a video that makes you (me) think about it long after the video is over. Like a great movie.
