well technically based on Mr k Vs the People decision. its the letter of the law. If no gun was found how can you say he used a weapon that doesn't exist. Technicalities don't matter in nopixel. And also GSR positive or negative doesn't matter either. it needs to be proven beyond a reasonable doubt.
That case just proves that judges make their decision based on meta with the backing of the admins.

I believe in Murphy’s case, X went I Captain Slacks saying that he planned the gun on Murphy. Not sure if he went on stand and said the same thing. X only said did because of Statute of Limitations. So that makes his case pretty different and I think that is why the Judge didn’t use the precedence
A lot of people are basing this on the premiss that all cops do things "by the book" and are supposed to be always upstanding. Most cops are and some aren't, deal with it. Ramee is playing a criminal lying under oath etc some cops are sleezy as well.
I don't know how Ramee would win this in court. But I love his passion to fight it.

I agree K’s conviction being upheld by that court given the evidence was shit. However, the PD has usually shot regardless of negotiations when someone is taken from police custody and they always shoot if you use a cop as hostage. CG are very welcome to RP being outraged negotiations were broken but viewers shouldn’t be acting angry or surprised. It’s nothing new.

- Peanut taking a cop hostage just last week and getting K's car un-turtled, repaired, and K being allowed to go in exchange PROVES YOU WRONG.
*This is the FIRST time in all of 4.0 where negotiations when a cop was the hostage was just ignored.* And it's clear why.

@@Athasin it would be in any server they won't allow that to happen, there's no reason to chase if you would just be met with another hostage swap and chase again. so it really doesn't matter if it would be implemented or not cause in the end of the day this would happen. the server cannot drop this specific rule or any rule that could make the crims too powerful and couldn't get arrested.

A LOT of CG viewers are under the delusion that there was a negotiation. Everything that Slacks said over the radio was being disregarded because he was a hostage. The officer in charge said they were going to shoot basically as soon as they turned the corner. Yeah, some dumb cops shot instantly and will be punished for it. But Slacks wasn't negotiating anything, it was all ignored and overridden by Turner.
Then that’s where slacks should’ve just said they aren’t agreeing to these terms hence the point in negotiations, he could’ve told them either way they were getting shot instead of slacks saying okay we shoot but ends up shooting as they drive away, that’s the whole point ramee nd many others are getting at
As much as I love watching Moon moon during variety streams. I cannot stand watching him RP with Lenny. The fact that Lenny NVL'd 3 of his own cops in order to shoot through them and at the car was wild. Lenny as a character needs to be suspended and Moon moon just needs to stick to Young Dab for a bit and fill out his arc. Maybe make a different character outside of two characters in authority positions as an admin. Still love the guys streams, but man that was atrocious RP on the side of Lenny Hawk.
