The large brass item with a thread is a turnbuckle for rigging on a boat and the swivel type thing is a again from rigging or commercial fishing

at 7.16 thats a bit off a boat that holds the wires holding the mast up 'rigging screw'

The rectangular brass piece might have been some type of repair on a boat with the tar or whatever the black stuff is, Probably why all the screws or nails are so closely spaced. I would imagine a row boat or something owned and not used out in deep water. Also the brass doesn't rust in the salt air so that is why the brass nut and bolt on the turnbuckle.
