He was with a band that was very cutting edge at the time, a great Bass player, and singer. So sad that he was taken out at such a young age. Will always love and Remember him.. The Cars rock!!!

Yes so true. I think he played a show 5 days before he passed away. He must have felt most alive when on stage. I can only imagine what pain he must have felt not being able to sing Drive for the last time. I do love that he was wanting to give to the audience until he could not go on anymore. I wonder what Ric O thought about that since that was a joint effort song.
