The best way to grow and become better at something is to practice. Does practice make perfect? NO! But, it sure does help! This video will help you find some places to play and get your hands on the volleyball. Please like, comment, subscribe and share!
    Keep Playing,
    Coach KoKo ♡

I am going to be a freshman next year, and I've never played volleyball but I've wanted to for SO LONG. If I started now I'd have six months to learn the basics for tryouts. I seriously hope that's enough time to mentally prepare myself. I'm told it's just too late to start though. I'm not very sure

You can still learn the basics! Main thing is passing and setting! Just learn how to underhand serve and you can focus on those two things and then learn an overhand serve! You’ve got this!

Hey, Koko! I use to go watch your videos but kinda dropped off, but I'm here now! Today we lost our game and I've been sulking a bit, but watching your videos remind me that I should take it into a learning perspective of growth. Thank you for your wonderful tips! :D

Hey koko!! Could you possibly help me out? So I think I’ve done something to my knee and it swells a bit and bruises after games and tournaments so I keep being told to tell my coaches but idk how cause idk what to say cause I love to play and we have a tournament on Saturday and we have a chance to get a bid to nationals so but idk if or when I should tell my coach I’m hurting cause it tends to hurt a good bit after I play. If you could help me out I would be so thankful!
    Love, Hayden

I suggest you tell your coaches anyway. If you keep playing and your knees are still bruising, going to play at a tournament Is going to make it worst. That’s just my advice though. :)

Hey koko! Ive been playing volleyball for a while now (6 months) and my coaches keep telling me ive been really hard on myself, over criticizing and having a low self esteem, which to be honest i believe can be kinda annoying and very visible (i guess) but it also leads me to progressing really fast. is there any way i can genuinely believe their words and have a better self esteem when it comes to playing volleyball?
