未だにA列車で行こう4は結構好きな作品で、特にPC98版の楽曲はかなり大好きでしたね。
ちなみに一部未使用と書いてありましたが、分かる範囲で追記しときます。

29:34 →新幹線建設完了時のシングル
29:52 →リニア建設完了時のシングル
30:09 →一兆円突破時のシングル（エンディング）
33:12 →倒産（ゲームオーバー）
