    Love my Airmaks, got a Katran for the folding stock, so it now lives in a backpack instead of hard case

      Happy days Rich, I have cleaned the barrel and give it a little service it’s all ready mate just waiting for a decent bit of weather to do it in the garden at approx 17m ish not a great distance but that’s the best I can do until I can get it to the farm.

    Nice to see Tom,and thanks for all you add to the channel 👍..you're Bob on about creating the ideal rifle in your head and exploring the closest options..I'm currently flip-flopping between too many options we're spoilt for choice..I'll probably just end up buying another springer 😂

    Hi Denny & Tom nice to see the mystery man himself 😂
    I love that Walnut stock, great rifle great review 👍
    can't wait to see it shoot, Tom and Denny looks very satisfied with their Krait😅 bet your dying to have a shot Denny but obviously you can't 😳😅
    Some really nice extras there, Tom have you thought about a digital reg gauge? You can then see how quickly your reg fills after every shot, didn't notice the external adjustable reg? maybe FAC is different to sub 12?
    Cracking rifle guys❤👍💪

    Great review,ive been lucky enough in the last couple of weeks to shoot a Vixen,krait and Cricket 2.I went with the cricket 2 as i prefer a bit more weight,but all are very similar and all equally as accurate.

    Had Krait L in .177 since june 2023, and it's been faultless since i got it.
    Laser accurate even out to 50yds with jsb heavies.

    Great review of the rifle, appreciate both of you taking the time to produce it. Looks like you are having to take the moderator off every time for storing in the case, have you noticed any change in the POI when doing this?

    Something that's been puzzling me Denny. Where do you fit a sling on one of these type rifles ?. The only one I've seen with any kind of sling is Russ Douglases Krait, but that's a similar one to the SA80 type sling. This rifle is on my shortlist for an FAC rifle so thanks for the video mate.

      Hi mate it’s a small loop bracket that’s fits to the rail I have one on both of my rifles also you can get them for like £3 each TFW

    I have a Krait lite sub 12, it’s fantastic! I use an MTC copperhead 3-12x44 scope. Awesome combination. Edit to add, I had a Uragan 2, Krait replaced it, if that says anything.

      Nice one mate and thanks for watching.

  • @daletaylor3163
    @daletaylor3163 17 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

    It’s ridiculously accurate bud,45 yd groups look like 25yd groups.I bought a little copperhead for it with low profile mounts but i think eventually going to have to get a higher mag scope as it shoots so well further out.Im new to the party with these CZ barrelled guns are they less effected by a breeze?I could feel the breeze picking up today and you could see the pellets drift on my 100(heavier pellets also)But the pellets on the C2 were just stacking?Very impressed mate i think the traditional brands have a lot of catching up to do.

    • @Ratsinthereticles
      @Ratsinthereticles  17 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Hi Dale, yes the cz barrel has a unique twist rate I believe and there also choked, cold hammer forged etc my vixen long in .22 sub 12 is just as accurate as my .177 revere sub 12 there isn’t anything between them in my humble opinion.

    • @daletaylor3163
      @daletaylor3163 17 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      That’s very impressive,the only reason I’m 1.77 entirely is because of the accuracy.There is definitely some Wizardry in the barrel going on.Great channel mate,The last 2 guns ive bought are partly due to watching guys like yourself being very methodical in you assessments.I can feel a 22 hunting rifle in the future!

    Tom, with a FAC air rifle, do you still need to buy slots for every rifle and then do a one-off one on when you want to swap rifles ? Do you need to do all the same paperwork as you would with a centerfire ? ,like a fool I gave mine in 7 years ago 😢, and now they say it can take 2 years to get an FAC ?

    They are not eastern block countries anymore, and haven't been since 1989! Please stop saying it, Czechoslova stopped being a communist country after the 1989 Velvet Revolution. The country is now two countries with Slovakia now a separate country. The Czech Republic is now known as Czechia.
