Making of Fiber Art Doll: Catalina Cordelia, Unintentional ASMR Sewing and Needle Felting

Specs on Catalina:
🌷 She is 25" tall, sculpted entirely in wool over an articulated armatured and she also has disc joints.
🌷 I published in the past an entire series on how to build a large doll over armature via my Patreon channel. This entire series has been removed and no longer accessible there but I could be persuaded to re-edit it and load to my doll making school. Please let me know if you are interested.

🌷 Her eyes are brown and hand-embroidered and her freckles hand-painted with fabric markers.
🌷 The skin fabric I use for my dolls is cotton knit, produced in Europe. The specific brand I used on her is Laib Yala, heavy weight.
🌷 Her very long hair is camel weft, in the Golden Blonde shade. I purchase a lot of my supplies from Monika (including the doll skin fabric) over here: www.etsy.com/c...
🌷Catalina's dress is made with Olivia Honey, Amy Sinibaldi fabric. The collection's name is Honey Fusion produced by Art Gallery Fabrics. Her bloomers are medium weight cotton trimmed in eyelet lace. The buttons on her dress are mother-of-pearl. Her shoes are linen/cotton and the soles are 3mm leather. Her hat is made with homespun wool trimmed in fine handmade crochet edging. Her cardigan is repurposed, it is made with virgin wool and closes with a wooden button.
