My parents anniversary was December 21st, so they always spent it wrapping presents, watching old Christmas movies, and splitting a bottle of wine. Looking back, that melts my heart so much, so it made me smile when you said you two wrap presents together. My Dad has been gone 18 years, but how I loved that these types of things made him so happy.

Growing up, we always had velveeta. For bday parties, we always had sloppy joes with a slice of the velveeta. It came in a block, like still today. Now, when my boys were younger, we had sloppy joes and had the Kraft cheese slices to go with the sandwiches. None of my boys' friends had never heard of such a concept lol...but it's just something our family always did.

So to answer the first question, I was born and raised in Massachusetts. (Still in the area, right over the border in NH now) Also, Bluey is a great children’s show, the dog’s in it are supposed to be Blue Heeler’s also referred to as the Australian Cattle Dog, I also have one of them. He’s adorable and whenever I’ve had a video on and Pinocchio is either barking or making any type of dog noise, My boy gets so excited thinking a pup is coming to play with him. 🥺
We usually make thumb prints with a snickerdoodle dough and add frozen Hershey kisses or frozen small Reese’s cups 1-2 mins before the end of a batch’s baking. Soooo yummy and a great way to use up extra stocking candy.

I moved here from Arizona 7 years ago so have learned all the US vs British pronunciations and different words etc. I was born in Venezuela and moved to Arizona in 1995. There I learned all the differences between Venezuelan Spanish and Mexican Spanish. Now I go to Spain all the time and that’s a different dialect too! Ahh language 😂

I grew up on thumbprint cookies as a Christmas cookie staple. My family has always used the leftover icing from cut out cookies to fill the thumbprints. Theyre delicious.
The museum I work with turned an old Kraft factory into a contemporary art museum and performance space & it has been a really cool repurposing of the plant. It’s in Bentonville, Arkansas & called the Momentary

So to answer the first question, I was born and raised in Massachusetts. (Still in the area, right over the border in NH now) Also, Bluey is a great children’s show, the dog’s in it are supposed to be Blue Heeler’s also referred to as the Australian Cattle Dog, I also have one of them. He’s adorable and whenever I’ve had a video on and Pinocchio is either barking or making any type of dog noise, My boy gets so excited thinking a pup is coming to play with him. 🥺
We usually make thumb prints with a snickerdoodle dough and add frozen Hershey kisses or frozen small Reese’s cups 1-2 mins before the end of a batch’s baking. Soooo yummy and a great way to use up extra stocking candy.
I made those sugar cookies yesterday. They are so good. I just did a target decorating kit and pre-made frosting. My son and I had so much fun decorating today. My husband likes them naked though lol. 🌲🍪 - Phoenix, AZ

So, this northern Virginia transplant (originally from the northwest) is very happy that someone else's family also makes "Mexican wedding cakes" at the holidays. We had a whole thing in 2019 when we visited family trying to figure out why we call them that! It's nonsense and clearly coming from my grandparents' Midwestern roots. I often think about that, the love I have for my daughter! She’s 9 months old and I definitely want more children, but I truly cannot wrap my mind around the thought of loving another human as much as I love her! I can’t imagine having enough space in my heart to love another baby, even though I know I will!
