Excellent video!! Over the top, Loss of balance, poor contact etc.. - basically all my bad shots. Thanks for these drills. Still working to stay off my toes. I use the swing inside drill a lot on the course when I feel myself trying to put on extra power during windy days. Hit impulse and need to crush it always seem to make me early extend.

Man, I've been trying like hell to understand how ANYONE can maintain their ass on a wall in such a fast dynamic situation without 30 years of practice. That pushing the front foot back? My brain said wtfis this!?! I've ACTUALLY been either doing it half ass or even slightly (from the top of the swing) THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION! I wish someone would have just said that sooner... Holding your sacrum against a wall wipe trying to swing.. Without knowing what's going on is incredibly counter productive... And NOBODY would be able to do it with any real speed... THANK YOU!
