This entire process is extremely simplistic. Basically they are simply taking compressed air (from an air compressor) and manipulating it with motion and heat and basic filters to create Nitrogen. I'm assuming that the nitrogen in this process is a GAS form so it isn't cold yet but then they compress it further (from a GAS) to transform it into a liquid which then makes it extremely cold. That's just a guess. It could be liquid already at this point but that would mean it's extremely cold and going into liquid nitrogen tanks.
Sorry...It's NOT larger and smaller molecules that provide separation ...It is a rate specific membrane . Oxygen AND Nitrogen both cross the membrane....just at far differing RATES !

Since it looks like a commercial unit, I would imagine very expensive.
