Sunrise to Sunset Montana Hiking Elopement Video

Becca + Aaron envisioned such an amazing sunrise to sunset Montana hiking elopement. They handpicked their photographer from Oregon and ourselves from Colorado, and they set off on a road trip from Illinois to make their Montana elopement dreams into a reality!
We are so honored to be able to go back to film Montana elopements for the third year in a row. Each Montana elopement is so incredibly unique, and Becca + Aaron's day was no exception. We loved taking their elopement vision and applying our knowledge of Montana to find them a stunning and secluded alpine lake as the backdrop for their elopement ceremony. In this Montana elopement video trailer, you can see just how awesome a full-day, sunrise-to-sunset elopement can be!
They began with a 4am hike through rugged wilderness wrought with grizzlies and mountain lions (true story, the photographers saw a huge mountain lion on the road to the hike!). Jingling bear bells and yells of "Hey Bear!" while hiking under a crescent moon gave way to the sweet melody of Aaron's beautiful vintage guitar while his even more beautiful bride approached for their first look. While they recited their well-written and meaningful vows, the stunning reflection off the water made them appear to float. I'm sure that's how they felt, too!
Later that day, after getting ready at a cute little cabin in Bigfork, we set off for sunset in Glacier National Park. We were in for a surprise as Lake MacDonald looked more like an ocean than a lake! We had a ton of fun adventuring around Montana with this one-of-a-kind couple. We will remember their epic Montana elopement forever, and we are honored to be able to create videos for them to relive this day forever, too.
