I'm making this right now! I was so excited to see you posted this. Asked the fam if turkey noodle soup soynded good and when the all said yes, I thought great and then saw this video in my feed. Perfection!!!❤
I do basically this, but pressure cook a tad longer and don't put the noodles in until after I release the pressure, I then put it on sauté until the noodles are cooked exactly the way I want them. Nice job!

Thanks, Kristen! I have leftover turkey legs and tons of recipes BUT 1 min in the instant pot (which I love, love!) how can one go wrong? So this is it!
Just wanted to tell you again thank you! I made this for dinner tonight and inhaled it! Plus I have leftovers…I did add a dollop of sour cream on top! I talked about the recipe so much to a friend, she’s going get the ingredients for it tomorrow so she can make it, though she will be using rotisserie chicken…😘
Thank you so much for this recipe. There must be something wrong with my Instapot. 😞 I followed your recipe to the T. My soup was watery, the noodles were disintegrated and the broth lacked both body and flavor. To salvage it, I added 3/4 of Parmesan cheese, smoked paprika and some Gruyère.
After adding the noodles etc I hit pressure cook for *one* minute. Then I let the timer count up to ten minutes, (ie L=10). Then, I manually released the pressure. I think that I did it correctly?? It was really good. But just kind of watery. The cheese helped a lot. I love your recipes.

I am glad you were able to salvage it. Did you release the pressure after 10 minutes?
