Someone stuck a sticker on my dads car window advertising something and my dad issued them an invoice for the removal of the sticker and lost wages for the time he lost at work as he needed the vehicle while having the sticker removed. They tried to deny responsibility until he pointed out the sticker was branded and obviously payed for and distributed at their request and he would be reporting the company to the police for vandalism along with with adding a reasonable charge for advertising space on his vehicle for the two days it was there.. Apparently they made a few calls and produced a cash settlement right there and then.

Every vending machine that has a card reader does this as far as I know. It's only upcharge for card purchases. Cash/change purchases are the listed price.
I agree that it's just the card upcharge. But if it's not posted somewhere obvious it's a problem. I have a restaurant in my town that doesn't accept cards because they'd have the upcharge and no one who heard about it wanted to pay with card and they didn't want to increase how much you'd pay with cash so they just decided against cards. There's another little local drive in place that when you pay with card, you'll be prompted by whomever is waiting on you to pay with cash to avoid the added fee. Most people still pay with card for the convenience unless they're just getting ice cream or a drink. My work place has a 10 or 15 cent increase on all vending machines prices if you pay with card. I haven't been in the office for about a year now, so can't say for sure which. But we do have a big sign right when you come into the vending nook that warns you

false. I worked in a pizza restaurant, and we had our own separate station in the kitchen where we would prepare all of our gluten free food. What you are describing would be too extreme for real world use, and wouldn't even make sense for either consumer or producers. (Our gluten free station was right across the regular kitchen line). We took extra precaution to make sure there was no cross contamination. Keep in mind (in case you didn't make that statement up) that different states have different laws regarding gluten in food.

What you are describing would be too extreme for real world use, and wouldn't even make sense for either consumer or producers. (Our gluten free station was right across the regular kitchen line). We took extra precaution to make sure there was no cross contamination. Keep in mind (in case you didn't make that statement up) that different states have different laws regarding gluten in food.
