I did not understand about the drying part. Do you dry them in the oven after preheating? For how many minutes? After how many minutes would you turn on the oven for baking?
Our oven will be hot after preheating. Just dry it in the oven for two or three minutes that's enough. And after that you can bake the macarons in 160 or 165 degree with 15 mints
