I think it's also importent to mention that some parts of learning anatomy will just "click" with you and you will get them a lot faster.

It definitely all takes time. Always more to learn!

i like imagining it as a “soup” ngl 😅
lots of different stuff you get to learn, from “add these circles!” to “theres muscle here..” they blend together and create one sense of direction in it yknow ^~^

If you are going looking for good anatomy books I recommend Burne Hogarth. Dynamic figure drawing and dynamic anatomy.

This was helpful advice, I'd definitely watch a dedicated anatomy video!

I was about to get myself a 3D anatomy sculpting book (since it was too tempting), which costs around 100$, then I saw this video of yours xD Yeah, to have a book seems kinda great, you know, the feeling of "equipping myself with knowledge" but then I realize I could actually find almost anything online, just like you said. Thanks for a short but very helpful video indeed!

So what you’re saying is its a Marathon, not a race. One step at a time.

Did you start with just practicing one thing at the time from the human body or immediately tried to make the entire body and picked the parts you struggled on to train until you could make the entire body anatomically correct?

I started with small studies. Then did one full human anatomical study. Then I started focusing on one thing at a time. The more you do, the better you’ll get. It just takes time.
