this one worked for me:
Reset your earbuds:
1.Go to the Bluetooth menu on your mobile device and unpair your earbuds by selecting Unpair/Forget this Device (or similar)
2.Turn off the Bluetooth setting on your mobile device
3.Turn your mobile device off and then on again
4. Place earbuds in the charging case
5. Press and hold (10 seconds) the Right and Left buttons until the LED flashes purple
6. Turn on the Bluetooth setting on your mobile device
7. Remove earbuds from case and re-pair your earbuds by selecting the Jabra Elite 3 from the list of available devices in the Bluetooth menu

Hello! I have a problem with my headphones. The headphone case does not turn off, the indicator is always on as if they are charging. The indicator lights up like that, the case quickly discharges. maybe you know the reason? Thank you for your reply!
