VP Saulos Chilima I Chakwera describes Chilima as a good man

Malawian President, Lazarus Chakwera, has confirmed that the country's Vice President, Dr Saulos Chilima, has died in a plane crash, along with nine others.
The military plane left Lilongwe yesterday morning, and due to bad weather, it couldn't land at Mzuzu Airport.
It disappeared from radar shortly afterwards.
Chakwera has described Chilima as a good man, while paying tribute to all those on board.

@brucemsidimsoni6156 accent has nothing to do with being well spoken or not. Accent is just that, accent, a specific intonation inherent from speaking another language as a first language. My question on his accent is not my questioning his language ability, the two are not the same thing. Africans should abandon this idea that accent is linked to whether one is well spoken or not. Therefore they should abandon the idea that speaking with some Western accent denotes being well spoken. Or the converse.
