      as my physical exam is coming I focus on single that's physical exam ...!! My weight is 90+...92 ...
      I must down it 85..& 86 in This month...
      If I passed physical exam I got A Great job which is fulfill all my deramz..!!

    I am 43 and overweight. I have been watching his videos since 2019 and started running first time in my life to reduce my weight.... you cant imagine how does it feel when you challenge yourself on daily basis.... ended up running 25 km non stop in 2 hr 10 minutes.. 75 kg to 67 in 3 months... What he says is real. Obsession is different, It can make you do something you cant even imagine. He is my god

      @@aniketjha5639 bhai tu squats kar dekhna daily karne par tera testosterone level badh jayega.. Or teri body b shape mein aa jayegi, butt b shape mein aa jayenge.. Really tera weight b badh jayega.. Follow water plan.. Khana khane ke 1 ghante baad hi pani peena.. Wake up 1/2 litre water
      After washroom 1/2 litre
      After break fast 1/2 litte
      Before lunch 1 litte
      After lunch 1/2 litre
      From 3 to before dinner 1/2 litre
      After dinner 1/2 litte
      Dekhna itna karne se hi wazan badh jayega.. 100% maine b yahi kiya tha..
      Sath mein sikkiping, planks, push ups, situps, squats bas itna karo.. Daily target banao jaise 50 times all excercise for a month.. Sunday ko rest b lena.. Squats jitna zyada lagao gey utna hi fayda hoga.. Par limit mein karna.. Gradually squats ki Repitatitio badhana...

    Hi HJ, thanks for this video, as always it is very good. The most uncomfortable thing for me currently is being an early riser...I have kept aside the fact that I used to do this each morning for the longest time; however to start afresh during Covid19 unlock phases...its is something else literally. The 2nd is renew my ability to focus on just one thing at a time, I agree multi-tasking is detrimental to natural human abilities. Please keep the great work going, your videos are making such impact emotionally which i feel will be difficult to gauge. Thank you once again.

    I am going to continue my runs this time more that I usually run.. I had a fracture in my right ankle and post the cast was taken off, I started running slowly and now will increase the running time..
    At the moment I run for 15 mins at a stretch..
    Goal is 1 hr of continuous run..
    I am gonna enjoy it now..

    What ever he does is out of extreme comfort zone
    To be so obsessed we should have a big goal
    A person should be mad for it
    I can give my story as an example
    I was a dumb student
    I used to score 40to 55% till 9 th grade
    But in 10 I wanted to score 90% +
    I used to think all time
    Just about my goal
    And worked on on and on
    And finally scored 93%
    Hard works pays offf
    Everything is possible.

      I used to study every day at least 1 hour
      Except Sunday s
      In last three months
      I used to study 3-4 hours daily
      And most importantly I
      Used to listen to all classes
      Listen in the class is important
      If you listen in class
      Half of the Job is done
