I think the fish would be awesome with the right side in warm colors and the left side in cool colors. The guy on the right looks like he is frowning or grumpy. Perfect for the blues! 🐟 The color companions seem to be a great resource, especially to prevent getting in a rut!! 🌈 Great video and training with the color wheel!! 👏👏
Great tutorial! Picking colors can be so hard. Sometimes I pre-plan my colors, but other times I fly by the seat of my pants or start with a focus color and build off of it.
Thanks a lot for this video ❤️ I would have buy the bru... but unfortunately I’m on extremely low budget so if I can buy 1 set per years I’m good ..!! Being handicap too is hard so when I’m colouring it’s helping a lot with the mental health... Thanks again for all the time and effort you put in your videos!!
I am in the same situation with low budget so much with having my hands severely deformed by Rheumatoid Arthritis, that I am creating presently some new tools for artists like me based on the chromatic wheels with Prismacolor premier others colored pencils equivalence’s to be selling on internet pretty soon! It won’t be sophisticated as Renee Sarah Clark, but I hope they will be useful for somebody! From Quebec in Canada! 😊 TkY for sharing with us your trics and hacks by taking so much of your time ! Good day! You are one of my favorite colorists! Take care! ❤
My trouble is always I can’t imagine what I want them too look likes I just really lack imagination, that’s why I love colour along to help with ideas.❤
Monochromatic is one color carried from white to black. You use greens that shift yellow and red. The frog has yellow/green as you go darker it is a green with more blue. Green is the most difficult color to work with in general.
Hi Pamela, love watching your videos and have learnt a lot from them. Cannot watch them live due to the time where I live. Love your color wheel, is it double sided or just single sided?
Ok so when you say adding more white, black or grey to the color, does that mean you could theoretically color an object or whole picture with, say, only one orange by blending it with those other 3 pencils to get the other shades of orange? Apologies if I’m not making sense. I’m sure this is a silly question. And thank you so much for sharing this video. It has been really helpful.
I think that's true mono. The tints shades tones of one color. But since most colors are warm or cool meaning they lean towards another colour then unless they are primary they have more than one color. So question is would it still be mono if you used the three pencils on both of the colors in your main color. More confusion. Lol. Maybe Pam can straighten it out. I would say no. That what you said is a true monochrome.
I just have to tell you this. Yesterday I viewed your video the Brutfuner pencils. I ordered them IMMEDIATELY. They arrived TODAY. And I don;t even have PRIME. Pamela, have you done any more about organising your Brutfuners?
Yes you can. You will still be able to use the interactive feature as well. It also comes with a printable version. Let me know if you have more questions.
Yes. This is how objects on the page stand out. You don't want to try to blend contrasting colors together but use them to create balance around the pages.
Thanks!
You’re very welcome! Thank you.♥️

Lots of information in this video! I love how you teach and not just color. What is that pencil you are using on your tablet?
It’s the Apple Pencil amzn.to/3bQLBkR
Thank you!!!!
Just ordered!!! I have never seen one before. I’m a little sheltered I guess!!!
Did you do tutorial on the kirby pg
If you click on the video and look at the links in the right hand corner you will find the Kerby video. I only did one for the petals.

What fast delivery! I had only just received them so I've not put them in color order quite yet.
Pamela Can I use the color catalog on my desk top computer, or do I have to use my tablet?
Yes you can. You will still be able to use the interactive feature as well. It also comes with a printable version. Let me know if you have more questions.
Can you tell me how to save SRC colour thing to my iPad so I can find it? Because that was a difficulty I had.
I sent it to my email and then downloaded it from there.
So sad I missed it live.
Aww it's okay! Next time!
Contrasting but still look good together?
Yes. This is how objects on the page stand out. You don't want to try to blend contrasting colors together but use them to create balance around the pages.
