MIA is a pretty decent airport, and the speed can depend on what door you're going through. For example, TSA lines aren't that long, and all the restaurants and shops are well-located. The BA gate area is kind of empty though, so it's best to stick around the other parts before boarding!

Man longest flight I’ve been on was 3 hours from Miami to NYC… and I get very nervous. I can’t imagine 8 hour flight

I hear many people are traveling with Virgin Atlantic rather than British Airways because the latter is so bloody expensive.

Yeah I've heard so too, although being a frequent flyer with American has helped when booking on British.

was there a metal box under the seat in front of you? I keep seeing that on the upper deck on all window seats.

There was one under the aisle seat next to me. At least in the window seat I was in that wasn't a problem.

Last week I had a window seat (26A) with that metal box under the seat in front - bloody awful! Had nowhere to stretch my legs. And no storage binnacle. Will never fly BA again.

thank you for your report but one question I remember before they were serving snack and drink before meal I saw the drink but not the snack and also they had snacks in the galley is the same still or not?

They might still have snacks on the galley, I haven't checked myself during the flight, but it's common in most airlines.
