try grav chamber and max weights or htc if you have the gamepass

once you get ssj1 its near impossible to get stats ong ong
get heavy weights and farm the HTC (or GC) minigame it goes by pretty fast and if you can't get heavy weights get a weight lower than that until you're strong enough to get heavy weights
