I agree that many people are considering NVDA as the "Stock of the year." However, I'm curious about which stocks could potentially become the next META in terms of growth over the next decade. I've allocated $200k for investment, aiming to retire comfortably.

I've owned NVDA for over 8 years. It's been up and down, but I believe in Jensen Huang and will stick with NVDA until Jensen says otherwise. I know that sounds crazy, but when the financial statements/Jensen, (same to me) tell me to sell, I will. I'm sure I won't sell at the top, but that's OK.

Apt!! I was self-managing my portfolio but suffered heavy losses in 2022 and i knew i couldn't continue like that, so i consulted a fiduciary advisor. By restructuring and diversifying my $1.2M portfolio with dividend-paying stocks, ETFs, Mutual funds and REITs, I significantly boosted my portfolio, achieving an annualized gain of 28%.
I don't comfortably throw recommendations around on the internet, but I've been working with Camille Anne Hector. God ! she's brilliant! I'm sure there are others who are good.
Recently started out with an investment manager and it turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. When I look back, On over 150k my rate of return was 3/1.5 % on buy & hold. Disaster. Long story short I wish I could have taken this path long ago. Closed last year with a growth of 32%, I could have hit a million and more by now.
I started buying NVDA in the 2022 Bear Market. I bought several stocks at discount, and becauae i was smart when others have panicked, i now dont need to work and i can do this fulltime.
SPY, IVV, Tesla stock hitting the scene so far. These ETF's doing just fine. Despite fluctuations in capital market, certain amount of ETF's do well.
Personally I put down 1.3m$ on few ETFs, still diversifying. It was this time last year I made my first million with a liquid 200k. Invested it with a trader here in CA, I get weekly pay out which I invest back on long term ETF's. Google will be a huge buy for me when the market bottoms.

The problem is that if you just follow the numbers you will always be moving behind... thats why you coulndt figure out that nvida was going to skyrocket... the numbers reflect the past not the future.
the promblem is not even nvidias management knew it would make that much money its a boom in demand but don’t forget competition is coming for that margin

I agree there's a better chance Nvidia is the next Tesla as they continue to face more competiton from AMD and others, even META is apparently designing its own chip(s). The last time I valued $NVDA I got $355.16 as a fair value. There's a video on my channel going over the valuation if anyone is interested.

Was skeptical but FSD is amazing. FSD is the best AI project so far. You can literally fall asleep during traffic. Chatgpt is 2nd. Nvidia will be milking it until google, fb, and Tesla start making their own. I do think robots will be coming, maybe in 5 years? Expect them to do all your house chores. The problem is, even with all this innovation, can people afford it? Especially when the product itself is replacing the jobs of the customer

Tesla stock dipped severally , resulting to about 23% drop in the shares value this month. I seriously need suggestions on how to diversify my $400k portfolio made up of volatile TSLA.
A lot of folks downplay the role of advlsors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for licensed advisors and came across someone of utmost qualifications. She's helped grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $275k to $850k.
The demand for electric cars isn't great. My worry would be if they bypass electric for hydrogen cars which makes a lot more sense.
Your data are misleading, 18% is not full ev but includes hybrids, full ev are a really small % and there is a cap which is close to be reached
My Tesla Y is great, but the one word i would not describe it as is "quiet". It is a noisy car on the inside.

I'm an Nvidia investor and a Tesla investor, I have done a lot of work on Tesla and I disagree I believe it will have an Nvidia moment in next two years.
1, Full self drive is on the cusp of being solved, it's licenced in China and even Jensen from Nvidia says Tesla are miles ahead.
When FSD happens robot taxi will come into play and Wall St will see the potential massive expansion and profits.
2, Energy, Teslas energy storage is ramping up massively profits are increasing and a new mega pack factory is ramping in China.
3, Optimus bot, this bot is the leader in the race and if and when it becomes useful in factories its a huge multi trillion dollar market.
4,Dojo they are investing massively in Ai 10 billion this year plus Xai 6 billion.
5, Model 2 cheaper car will be in production soon and will be a huge hit.
6, Cybertruck is ramping 100,000 per yr coming and growing.
7, Model Y still worlds best selling electric car for last few years and a refresh Juniper coming soon.
I am bullish on Tesla but am very happy with my Nvidia holding too.

Fabless chip companies have huge margins because they don’t need to own the factories. Tesla had to invest billions in factories. Ultimately Tesla will be a softwares company that builds chargers, EVs and batteries. They will earn software type margins on their FSD and energy management software.

Tesla EV business will continue to tank as it is falling behind in its product offerings; Top Chinese EV makers refresh its product every 12 to 15 months, where Model3/Y platform is 7 years old. The promised Model 2 is another stitches from Model 3. Only the U.S EV market is secured for Tesla as it has the protected wall, but granted U.S EV is a smaller market. At best, its autonomous driving software is ranking #3 behind Huawei, XPENG and FSD would never make real $$. It Robotics is inferior in both hardware and software. OTOH, Tesla stock should be okay as it has always been a hype, dream, an Elon religion stock. It is easier to having a hope and dream when Tesla had tremendous growth. Now it has a declining revenue and negative cash flow, still the stock should do okay as long as there are large number of religious followers; and there is only one Elon leading the hype.
