Girl. Thanks for this video. My company is gifting me a machine. I'm having city sewing come and tune it up and break it down for me. After watching this video, I'm going to beg them to do it in a way where it's easy to put back together. I can not go through all you did. Kudos to you for conquering. I have a Bertha too.

OMG, I just bought the same machine but here in Mexico the company assembly complete and take to your home very quickly, I think it has to be part of costumer service. Congratulations, you are my hero!!!!

Heyyyy lol I definitely struggled putting mine together as well lol but the worse part was I was missing like 4 nuts to the major bolts for the stand ughhh it took like 3 days to find replacements at the hard wear store. Anyways great video

Yes, when you order make sure to select an option that comes preassembled. This one was a gift so I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning it.
Feel your pain. I bought the same machine but it came with a direct drive motor, (I wasn't expecting that), no assembly instructions, extra machine parts to accommodate various motors. Every machine I found on TH-cam looked different.😂

How does it sew thru vinyl and leather?
It should be fine with vinyl & leather. You'll just want to get a teflon foot and needles for leather so it doesn't scar the surface of those two fabrics.
I have a question. I am in the process of putting my machine today and I’m stuck on the belt wheel. What screws are supposed to go there? Please Help!!! SOS!!! Lolbs

Question how much did you paid for your machine?
This machine was actually a gift, but I know they go for around $750.
@@sierrasims I paid £460 for the same machine in the UK, it came ready assembled with a free lamp. There’s no way I could have worked out how to build it myself without instructions. Well done, you did a great job, this machine is brilliant. ❤️🇬🇧
