This is a CLASSIC from 1999 that I grew up listening to! I really love E-Type and it had been a LONG time since I heard this song. What a banger of a metal song this became with Tommy and Sungen! This song really makes a great metal song, and that solo added in there, was the cherry on top of the cake!
Also, the ending of this video is really funny. I love it!

Dalhalla is an old quarry outisde Rättvik in central Sweden. It has been converted into an amphitheatre where all kinds of concerts (and musicals) are held.
I have been there twice (Rhapsody in Rock two years ago (before Tommy joined), and We Will Rock You musical this year).

Seeing Glenn Hughes / Deep Purple on stage with Tommy and the band makes this tune even more incredible

FYI. The guy on stage with sunglasses at Dalhalla, screaming together with Tommy, was the legend Glenn Hughes. Glenn was a part of Deep Purple MK III and of course sang the high pitch on the original "Burn".

I thought I was probably the only one who had never heard the song Burn by Deep Purple before. 😄 So at least I'm not alone. Tommy sang it great as always, but I really liked the video from Dalhalla.❤ I would also like to visit Dalhalla and Sweden in general sometime. 😊🤘

So, this concert video showed up on my phone, and I listened to it and left my assessment of it on ( I assume) his website. You do not need me to tell you how bombastically fabulous this was!! What I love whenever you react to Tommy, is that you are like a very proud Big Brother and invested in every note from start to finish. It is a special friendship vibe that I know you have for this Swedish Brother.. You are always animated and entertaining, but that gets ramped up when you have Tommy on. Sorry, nope..Not a patch on the original! The keyboards were weak sounding and then yet another guitar solo with too many notes. The drums were dinstinctly average, simple fills,, lacking the inventive fills of the original. Tommy simply refuced a brilliantly epic song into a fairly predictable metal one. Most definitely not worthy of the superior original. Christ knows why he bothered.
