So im thinking of buying some sequential headlights. However it says in the description, "AFS fault cannot be eliminated" Surely it can be using the methods shown on your video or other ways?
Did both of your static cornering lights work? Both of mine work and the error still pops on the dash. Did the license plate lights throw the AFS code?

Hey dude, I am driving Passat B7 with bi-xenon. I replaced my H7 bulb with LED;s on cornering light. Now I receive error for fault bulb. Interesting thing is tha when I turn them on by reverse gear error disappear. Do you know how to disable cornering lights bulb check via VCDS?

That is why you need to get a LED one with the system that also eliminates any error messages that might pop up in the first place. I replaced my fog lights with LED, cornering lights LED (since my cornering lights and fog lights are seperate) and now I am just waiting to replace the Bi-xenon lights that the car came with with LED ones then I am good to go with no errors at all. A lot of crappy LEDs on the internet will give you error, you gotta go for the besr ones. I have had like 3-5 cars so far and each time I replaced everything with these same brands and never had any error anywhere whatsoever.

You can remove cornering light function from circuits. It's done in BCM adaptation channels.

Hi. Saw the video. I tried ti turn off the additional turning light and got this error. I tried turn back on in vcds and still hehe the failure :(
Hello, have you tried with h7 led for cornering, or do you heard about this?
They work with LEDS but the error message will always be there even if you clear with OBD

Propably you have in test or development mode. Try send adaptation data .
Do you have some recommendation for LED H7 bulbs?
Not yet. Tested several LEDs but with no luck.

Check coding history. You will see what you have changed and what was the previous setting.
I have a laser headlights, it’s hopeless, you have to replace the entire headlight to fix that error with mine. Like £900, it’s a joke
