One of the most original and extraordinary talks I’ve listened to. Other than Tolle what other master emphasizes inner body awareness? All other masters, although great and a joy to be with and listen to, hardly ever emphasize the body. Their talks arise from Beingness, but it’s still “talk” and mental noise. If you listen long enough, you’ll find that at some point it gets circular. This talk by Long shows you a way out of that and into the Now by way of the body
I agree with authenticity and originality. Yet, going through the body is part of the Vipassana meditation, one of the oldest buddhist methods. Vipassana means seeing things as they are.

PLEASE will someone reading this help us all to form an "Association" surrounding Barry's teachings? His website, is a foundation. I have e-mailed them to ask if any group exists among Barry students, that we might unite (not anything like organized religion, or devotees, etc) but for like minded students of Barry, that we might together discuss and fully understand/clarity some of his more difficult to comprehend teachings.
