Yes exactly the realisation that her colleague just lied, was like a lead weight dropping, all and any credibility for the detainment was blown right out of the water there and then and it was definitely written all over that blonde ladies face, she said in expression FFS as she glanced back at the other one. Bang done and in ABs words zziiippppp it!
I've lived in Poland for twenty-odd years, and every encounter I've had with the police has been problem-free. They are well trained and courteous. You can keep this one.
Well, I don't believe you. The only difference is that they get involved when you break the law.. Like in my country, they do whatever they like if they have any excuse - laws don't matter... The judge is there to cover their backs...

I was born in Eastern Europe and came to live, work and study in the UK 7 years ago. My children are born in the UK, go to school, pretty much enjoy the freedom this amazing country is offering. I would never wish for myself nor my children to encounter, an Eastern or Central European tyrant of a police officer. When you hire someone as a public servant from that part of the world, please make sure they are aware, they work to protect and serve the citizens of this country who have rights. The police officers ARE NOT ABOVE THE LAW!!
Police in the UK would behave in exactly the same way as an officer from Eastern & Central Europe if they weren't challenged by AB and members of the public and other authorities. Police frequently abuse their powers if not being filmed - this is clear from AB audits. They continue to abuse their powers even when they are being filmed.

Actually, in Poland, you do not need to id in such situations. The police in most cases do not know about it, and the auditor from our channel often voluntarily provides id, for example to check whether the police will comply with the rules related to ID procedure. Mostly they don't, unfortunately. As always great job AB!
@Nicole In Poland, you do not need to have an ID document with you. No need of this. You are not obliged to carry the document with you. There is no such thing as showing a document on demand. Of course, there are situations when you should show a document or provide your data. But this is in certain situations, such as witnessing a crime or misdemeanor, being similar to the person police are looking for, or when you are breaking the law.
@Nicole as it was said before, there is no law saying that you must have a document with you and, as we show in our films, the auditor often does not have a document and the data is verbally transmitted. Thanks for Your kind words :)
@@AuditingBritain and one reason I complained and I know people didn't like it. You don't need it in Poland and it was made to sound like ...go back to the country where you do. Cops can be wrong and so can auditors. I'd clarify this in a video because it really came across to me as bias.
My goodness! AB on the front foot. Wow! I've watched most, if not all of your audits, & this is the first time I've really seen you on the attack. It was brilliant. Kudos, old boy!

The sad thing is, that isn't a shock at all. Standards of recruiting and training of PCs is so bad that we have come to expect incompetence, ignorance and bullying from the Police....and they live down to this standard time and time again. The Police needs to be replaced, there is no salvaging the current system or staff...time to do a Robert Peel and start again.
They don’t really work according to the law, but rather their own sense of right and wrong. So it’s not surprising when you see these foreign officers trying to enforce things from their own country.

Does she not realise that the wall can hold itself up without any help? I like the way she's trying her best to back the dumb female officer and how she handled herself. And one again for the fifth time it seems that officers from the Balkan regions seem very over zealous in how they deal with the public. They seem to think policing is the same the world over and they can be facist in their approach to the general public. This is the UK like AB said. Not Poland
How standards of conduct professionalism behavior and dress have fallen I have no respect for them what so ever Individuals incapable of getting a proper grown up respectable job is all they are
Well said. I like how you touched on the leaning. It may seems petty to some people but if you demand officers to be respectful then that means in all aspects.
At first, I have noticed that this Polish constable needs to be instructed that "to serve" means to the public, not to her new rulers, the rest of this gang must be let know whom they must " protect", and YOU should take a few geography lessons! (Google definition - fascism)

For those unaware, there's no general power to detain in the UK, without an arrest. Three specific circumstances: to prevent a breach of the peace; for the duration of a stop and search (PACE S1 or Terrorism Act S43); or to prevent you from interfering with a search of your home. Gang patches, recording without notifications, hands in pockets, backing each other up, issuing directives and copsplaining: everything we've come to expect.
You are a legend! I am sitting here behind my screen in Sweden and screaming through my teeth: "F*ck off! F*ing disgrace! Detain the police!" I thank you a lot for every video that you do.
Exactly. It makes me laugh that they still haven’t clocked on to it and that it’s completely legal to record in public. Thing is, it boils down to an ego thing and when a policeman meets a member of the public that knows their rights it automatically gets their backs up. “ How dare this member of the public that’s below me try and tell me what to do “
Did anyone notice that the female police officer with blonde hair was leaning against the wall with her hands in her pockets while she was talking to AB. That's why he is the 🐐 GOAT
11:30 Look at the blonde officer's face when the Polish one admits that you weren't in the back yard. She's realising that what came over the radio wasn't true.
A bit of the Polish coppers credibility was destroyed in that moment.
Brilliant observation, you can literally see the wheels turning in her brain and her face shows it
A blond joke of mine was deleted, oh no.
She doesn't look polish. More like Romanian.
Polska to kraj który nadal ma te same podstawowe prawa co w czasach komunistycznych, gdzie policja może żądać od ciebie dowodu tożsamości bez żadnych podstaw.

@@Anticommunism99 Which is great, however can't be any good to live in. As the people are one of the biggest exports, as so many of them live abroad.

Interesting, if true.
This "police" person is displaying a shocking lack of knowledge. Photography is NOT a crime. The collective idiocy of these people is awesome.
Actually, in Poland, you do not need to id in such situations. The police in most cases do not know about it, and the auditor from our channel often voluntarily provides id, for example to check whether the police will comply with the rules related to ID procedure. Mostly they don't, unfortunately.
As always great job AB!
Nothing better than a comment from an expert.Big up Audit Obywatelski I love your work🤛
@Nicole In Poland, you do not need to have an ID document with you.

The more and more of these videos I watch the more I am appalled by the absolute state of who apparently qualify as "police officers".
What is with the blonde officer?
Does she realise how scruffy she looks leaving against a wall?
Does she think that's a good look for an officer?
Does she not realise that the wall can hold itself up without any help?
I like the way she's trying her best to back the dumb female officer and how she handled herself.
And one again for the fifth time it seems that officers from the Balkan regions seem very over zealous in how they deal with the public.
They seem to think policing is the same the world over and they can be facist in their approach to the general public.
This is the UK like AB said.
Not Poland
How standards of conduct professionalism behavior and dress have fallen
I have no respect for them what so ever

Unfortunately police act this way in Poland. Lot of them thinks they are above the law.
Very unprofessional.

Just wanted to add, in Poland the law is pretty much same as in UK, you dont have to id yourself unless you're committing or being suspected.
The memo still hasn't gone out to the UK police to just come out smiling with a Coffee when AB rocks up . 😆
