It's hard when things don't turn out like what we see in our head (I have this happen a lot) but I like your pants and they're functional, so I consider it a win!!
ah! this was a very well timed watch for me bc i made something similar recently. my friend gave me her old bedsheet and i made very loose fitting clown-adjacent pants (no pockets either). definitely one of the reasons i made them so loose-fitting is bc pants can be SO confusing. they may only be ~4 pieces but trying to get them to fit right??? no bueno lol. u still did a pretty good job salvaging them, it’s so easy to get discouraged after having to unpick so many times!!
