I'm on a weight loss journey. I'm South African and I've gained so much weight since relocating to Ghana. Yum yum food 😋. Aha, Wode Maya! I have a suggestion!. I love Ghana unconditionally but the rubbish is too much. Can't we do something about cleaning the country. Something like banning plastic as much as we can and cleaning your streams, rivers etc. Ghana has potential especially sounded with cleanliness.

This is a great idea, Maya. Not sure about buying property in Ghana but I would love to stay in a nice lodge or Airbnb home next to your home whenever I visit Ghana. So consider building a nice hotel or lodge too. God bless your idea and your growing family
You can eat fufu, banku etc....in morning , also eat these heavy food at 12 midday, after that in the evening eat soup, salad, very lead food and that is it. Exercise also .

Just eat like a 1 year old child. Eat everything you like but in verry small portions and do exercices everyday even you don't feel like! Drink at least 2 Liter watter daily! You will have good results👍

Beautiful couple n love the energy together. You could have small potions of food n do more walking exercise. I walk 10,000 steps a day and at 59 years am grateful to God good health, eat healthy more of sweet potatoes, arrow roots for breakfast n more vegetables. No beef for me only fish n chicken n looking good. The gated community is a great idea. I love staying around neighbors but not in the same compound. @7:40 Wow that is the same idea I have. I am currently acquiring land in Sierra Leone to make this happen...a family compound where 1 or 2 generations can grow up together. You will need at least half acre to do it but 1 - 2 acres will be ideal to have other facilities on your land.

You can still eat all the food. Just watch the potion of the carbs, increase the veggies and protein. For example, you can have your banku with lots of okra and veggie vs. just big banku with fresh pepper and no green veggies.
The best way for an African man to lose weight without working out is to go on a mostly meat and vegetable diet. No starches, breads, rice, cakes or cookies.
Keto diet consists of limiting carbohydrate intake to 20-30 carbs daily. Have your suya but have it with salad.

They should give away some plots with the proviso that a house of a certain quality be constructed thereon within a certain period of time. That will enhance the value of the remaining plots. That is a win win solution. In fact, the proceeds could be used to construct additional homes, thus filling in the area and further increasing the value of the remaining plots.

Also, the best way to lose weight without working out is by eating only 1 normal sized or small sized meal a day! if you think about it, we only/mainly gain weight or fat from eating, and so if you do the opposite by not eating, then you lose weight! Intermittent fasting is very good for weight loss!

I never leave comments but here my two cents. Replace some meals with fruits and veg. For breakfast I have a freshly pressed juice (a liter) and I feel full or I eat a lot of fruits. For lunch I have my fufu and plantains lol and for dinner again tons of fruits (Two mangoes and three bananas... until I am full) and/or a vegan salad (with lentils or chickpeas. No meat).
My eczema cleared up, I breathe better and I have been losing weight without feeling frustrated. We have nice fruits in west Africa, take advantage of it.
You should check vegan and raw vegan channels for inspiration and only eat one non vegan African meal a day.

Years ago my very wise and globe tracking great-aunt (an African-American widowed lady) started traveling back and forth to Africa and throughout Europe in the early 50s and continue to do so much of her life, so very early my siblings and I knew the truth about the continent of Africa, we knew that the people & the continent are beautiful & Africa's earlier history can't be compared with any other, that's what greatness does! 😊
