I am a little confused that you identify the target behavior as the child yelling. Why wasn't the target behavior the child invading the other child's personal space?
I totally agree Monica. The second child used her words and stopped the behavior of the first child who seemed distracting and invading the second child's space. I would have said "good job using your words" to the child who said "Stop"

The only thing I would not agree that videotaping children. We are in the UK and I don't think this would be a good idea.
