I haven't specifically written it out, but in Bflat treble clef the triplets are BGB DBD EDE GEG followed by B glissing up to top D. :)

It's a Besson Sovereign I was playing on because my Yamaha Yep 642 that I usually play was in for a service. Yes, the high F tends to be a sharp note, especially in performance!
