WHAT TO DO WHEN GOD SAYS NO | GrowinGracee 🌿

Hello! Today I wanted to make a quick video talking about how to handle God’s “No” or “Not yet”. In 2nd Corinthians Paul talks about praying and asking God to remove the thorn in his flesh. God answers him saying that if He were to remove it then Paul would grow weak in his faith therefore He will not. In this we learn that we need to lean into the suffering we experience in life and through that His power will be made perfect in our weaknesses. God brings us through a season of desolation in order that we may be able to lean on Him and grow through it.
“But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.” - 2 Corinthians 12:9

Thank you so much for sharing. I am also in the season of accepting God's "no" in one aspect of my life, and it helps to know that I am not alone. Because sometimes it feels like I am the only one receiving "no," and God feels so far away. But thank you for sharing your story and the story of Saint Paul to lean on and give me more understanding at this time.

God is still right there with you and He knows us better than we know ourselves so just wait on Him and everything will be okay. Prayers! 🙏☺️
