Bei barocken Sonaten kann man immer von einer Altblockflöte ausgehen. Wenn dann, würde man diese Musik auf einer Voice-Flute spielen. Da wäre das g''' aber schon eine Herausforderung (aber nicht unmöglich). Die "klassische" Tenorblockflöte findet man eher im Ensemblespiel oder in moderner Blockflötenliteratur, weniger in barocker Sololiteratur.
I listen to the continuo and it makes me wonder what the flute player is listening to. They're so free and expressive and she's racing through the music like it's a contest.
Wonderful playing, the microphone set up is a little unbalanced, I would have liked to have heard Dorothee recorder a little louder, the continuo was overpowering her, a shame!
The recorder already has a narrow dynamic range why make it narrower w that weird puffing and zero stress phrasing. Elbows don’t actually help the lyricism.
