Just love a classic Pilates flow! I especially enjoy the rolling exercises. I have been running a bit behind but thank you Cailin for this group of sessions. I can really see and feel the difference it has made to my body. 🥰
Amazing, Diane!! And this series is to be done at your own personal pace, so there's no right or wrong way (how and when) to complete it! I'm thrilled to hear that you FEEL the difference, in addition to seeing changes as well :) Way to go!!!!
Thanks so much, Sue! Check out this workout here th-cam.com/video/fTyl2jg46C0/w-d-xo.html - there's no lifting of the head or neck, which will always stay in the same neutral position of the spine. Let me know how that one feels for you, but I do like your recommendation so I'll put it on the list for other upcoming videos :) Thanks!
This was great all around workout! My favorites were the hands-behind-head rollup to fold over and back up to hinge with straight back to lower down... and...the rollup to teaser. Absolutely wonderful moves! Thank you!! 💖💫
Thanks for sharing your faves! That first one you mentioned is called "neck pull", which I'm impressed is one of your favorites! It's a really difficult exercise that requires a decent amount of core strength, so kudos to you! I do love the rollup to teaser as well :) Thanks for your feedback, Donna!
Hope you enjoyed the new moves! With all your practice and consistency over these past 30 days, you had a perfect base and hopefully felt prepared and ready for them!
hi Cailin. loved it but the tempo is (for me) just a little too fast to really concentrate and make the exercise in the right way. The roll up with hands hehind the head was the toughest part. I had to help myself by extending my arms :(
Hi Caroline, thank you for sharing your feedback! This workout is quicker than my typical classes... it's based on a traditional mat pilates flow, with a quicker tempo. This video is also the last in a 30-day series I did, with some similar movements in prior days leading up to it. But it's also perfectly fine to do as a standalone workout, and I'm sorry it wasn't quite right for you. As for the "neck pull" exercise, it is a very difficult movement, and I absolutely encourage you to extend your arms!! You need to listen to your body to modify how it best works for you, and that is perfectly ok! I'm just so happy you kept moving and modified, instead of stopping completely. Awesome job! I hope you'll check out some of my other classes, as you'll see that most of them move at a different pace than this one. Let me know if you have any questions!
Thank you so much Cailin for giving us this wonderful month of sculpt and tone. So enjoyable.
You are so welcome! Thank you for being part of this community :)

Wow talk about thumbs up
Love your classes. Could you please do a class for people with bad necks. No strain class. Thankyou.

Nice video! That was a great workout! Can you make another parent and child edition? Like another partner yoga video featuring Hudson? Thanks!
Glad you enjoyed this! I do plan to make some more videos for families, so stay tuned
