Has anyone noticed that the scoreboard with the video didn't record the 3rd game won by Emily? I'm currently watching this video & it's in the 6th game with the score at 2 to 2, instead of 3 to 2 in Emily's favor!
ok so my understanding of the 3 point break rule is if you make an illegal break and your opponent gives you back the table the push out is no longer an option...rack 9 was an illegal break and she still played a push out with no foul???
After the second game, I was happy for a second, like “oh nice, Emily Duddy learned how to get out”. Then the rest of the match happened and I’m confused. How can someone play this long and still need 4 or more innings per game to get out? I wouldn’t think it’s possible if you tried. To put a positive twist on it, she has balls the size of cantaloupes for calling herself the anything of billiards.

so pool is not a game of strength, nor power, nor stamina, yet for some reason the best Male player is far better than the best female player. why is that?

Its easy to see that the woman game cue ball control needs to evolve another decade before they can be taken serious...........My Thai missus who doesn't even play shoots a better long ball than me and these ladies all good at potting...........position for Pro is woeful.
If those ladies know how to pocket and play position with the cue ball, they don't need to "learn" how to break. They just need strength. What would you teach them that they wouldn't already know? btw, with a magic rack, I could consistently get the wing ball or the one ball to go in depending on where I break. It's not hard dude

Can't help but note that the commentators said nothing about the early screw up on the score!
You all gotta come up with a better way to prevent the soft break. Making a ball OTB and not getting to keep your turn is wrong

Depends on the rules. Some are all ball fouls and some are cue ball fouls only.
