Maintaining muscle mass through resistance training is an essential factor in longevity & health span within that journey. Dr. Gabor Mate also points out the inherent stress in Western Capitalist societies, and as a practicing clinical psychologist for 41 years, I was witness to an exponential rise in anxiety in my clients over the years. We have become a quick fix society & Ozempic is a perfect example of that. At my age I don't do really intense resistance training any more, but I do resistance training "snacking" every day, which entails doing a few sets of three or so lifts every day. Fasting is another tool to use if your focus is on longevity & health span.
I have a friend who was diagnosed with lung cancer two months ago(probably small cell, being she smoked for close to 50 years). I've been reading about the use of Fenbendazole and the class of drugs known as anthelmintics to fight cancer. I'd be interested in your take on this. We go to see the oncologist for the first time tomorrow; it's been a long wait.
Hello! Unfortunately I don’t do cancer care in practice so I wouldn’t have much of an opinion but what I do know is that those type of medications will come with some harsh side effects that can be helped a lot by focusing on some of these foundations of good health. Ie stomach upset is a common side effect and they often don’t do enough to help mitigate those things even though there are a lot of holistic therapies that are very supportive and help lessen the collateral damage. I hope that helps ❤️
I loved the mix of useful information by the docs with a pinch of laughing and personal confessions by the friends! 👍
Thank you so much!

Two beautiful ladies❤
Thank you!
Thanks dear
You’re welcome!
What about eye longevity? Please help me to elevate my hope.
It depends what’s going on with the eyes but management of blood sugars plays a big role!
Cut out processed Food and seed oils
Living longer = more taxes, more bills, more work, more stress. No thanks.
Fair enough
My God. What a load of useless waffle.
Thank you
yeah, expected they would give some actual information
