Character Information
Background / Motivation
_An older, classical knight. A Golden Order Fundamentalist who worships the Erdtree.
One of the earliest followers of Miguella. Believing that Miquella would be the future of The Lands Between.
Branded an Heretical Prophet, banished from The Lands Between after a vision where he saw fire and Miquella walking away from the Gorden Order. A vision he never believed could be real.
He continued bringing kindness to those who needed it outside of The Lands Between, just as Miquella would have done. Always hoping that he would one day find his Grace and set his eyes on the Erdtree again.
Now, he finds himself back in The Lands Between in search of answers. No longer recognizing the land where he was born and raised. What has happened to his beloved homeland? What happened to Miquella? Did he really betray the Golden Order as seen in his vision?_

Sir Mik preferably uses Holy Incantations to strengthen himself and defeat his enemies.
He is very experienced in battle and warfare. He has seen it all. In his time away from The Lands Between he learned to craft and use a great variety of tools, whatever necessary to survive.
Being originally a Golden Order Fundamentalist, Sir Mik is well trained in Incantations and Sorceries.
He acknowledges that, to win a battle, one must to be able and willing to use everything at their disposal.
(With his high Faith and Intelligence, Sir Mik is basically able to use whatever is necessary to win a fight)

One thing I've noticed is that the non-optional bosses are very fast, with long combos that deal enormous damage. So not getting hit is super important. I've beaten 4 so far (incl this one), and all the others required me to go with light equip load for increased roll distance and s. Optional bosses are more forgiving for medium roll/slower weapons. Maybe something to keep in mind...
As for the flasks - just put them on your quick pouch. Since you use them all the time during battle, it makes sense to give them a dedicated shortcut, and to leave single-use items such as the fowl foot or physik flask to the traditional, more awkward, cycled menu. It also means you can put more things in that menu without impeding your ability to heal. I know many others have recommended it, so maybe you should consider that they're on to something? 😉Especially when you also say that you have difficulty managing the cycled menu. You really should just try it and give it some time to get used to it. It's one of the best, most underrated improvements FromSoft made with Elden Ring.
I fought the one at THAT castle yesterday. It wasn’t easy but I’m surprised I’ve done it in 1 try.
I think the two people under the dancing lion costume are the same enemy that use the cirque. You encounter one of the cirque wielding enemies on the stairs before you get to the dancing lion. The one where you commented “I have to learn how to fight these guys”.

They aren't. They're actually 2 ogre type enemies. BonfireVN has a video showing them.
I hate that there’s stigma around summoning. Love that you’re playing the way you want. That’s how I play too.
I don’t know where people got the idea that summoning is some kind of faux pas. What happened to jolly cooperation?
well, the thing is, some people on the internet have no sense of self worth so they need something external to point to in order to prove they're good/skilled/worthwhile/etc. so they look down on people who use summons so they can feel superior based on how they play a video game.

I haven’t any problems whatsoever with bringing in summons, especially new NPCs. Isn’t it a chance to get to know them more and see how they move? Curiosity in this games is rewarding I think.

Loved the episode, only the dancing lion fight was a bit too long for me - though I appreciate you already shortened it. I was way stronger going in - and I got him at my second attempt with the BB blade and Tiche.
6:34 Based on the dias on which that NPC sits, might it be a finger reader? Also, if I recall, you are wearing the armor of Mesmer's conscripts, and they/she did say 'by the look of you...' Might there be alternative dialogue if you weren't wearing such armor?

I don't know if this will make you angry, but I beat that Lion on my first try... though I had the Shadow Blessing at +6 or +7, as I had explored a lot more than you did before going into the tower, and I was using Luthel as a spirit ash for its evasive capabilities. That being said, the Dancing Lion's movement was just wacky... and I actually beat a different remembrance boss in the DLC before I fought the Lion!

I haven’t finished the video yet, but I need to know how the Dried Bouquet works with summons that multiple people like the shield bros. If it procs every time one of them dies, rat summoner could be a good build
