Great outdoor space, views too. Unique exterior design which I like. I also like the wooden floors which seem to becoming a more regular feature in Jamaican homes. Don't get me wrong, it's a nice house with a lot of nice modern features but it doesn't have the kind of wow factor that I would expect for a property that size in the location that it's in. The rental price is definitely based on its location.
