Moaz replied then "he would use his own judgement ( Qias or Ijtehad) ( as to what answer could be close to Qur'an or Sunnah ) Hearing this Nabi AS expressed appreciation for Moaz saying that thanks Allah, he has created such ( intelligent) people in my Ummah ( or words to that effect) This gives us a broad parameter to sort out our differences among various factions. Difference of opinion will always be there, but if some one tries to sort these differences sincerely, these will get solved. May Allah unite the Ummah. Aameen.

Sunni-Shia conflict is wide and well known. Shia accept only Ali and other 11 Imams as the rightful guardian of this Ummah and strongly reject Abu Bakar, Umar and Usman. These three persons, according to Shia doctrine are not acceptable. " Ali maa al-haqq wal haqq ma Ali " Ali is with haqq and haqq with Ali. Now see to this Mufti who has no understanding between Aql and Qayas, both is different. But this Mufti Qureshi seems to be without intellect. So basically, these sunnis don't seem to be elightened. They can never argue any Shia Scholar, because follower of ahl ul bayt have greater degree of intelligence.
