I'm so glad to see cool tones even if colourpop has been doing so many neutrals lately. They need to get the person who designed the Good Sport pallette to make us a gorgeous winter release.
I would never call this collection boring...I think it's a fabulous collection for fall...Nothing better and more exciting than a great neutral collection...And I totally agree with you...this is a very pretty look on you!

I got the palette, SSS, and a lip liner. They never had true cool neutrals, just mauves and pinks, so to me this is unique to their lineup. I asked them for taupe and they gave me taupe.
I’d even say it’s fairly unique on the whole market! If you think about it, there aren’t that many true cool neutrals on the market, they all pull either gray or mauve, or are warmer than this. The only similar color stories I can think of are Natasha Denona Glam, a small Smashbox palette, kind of the Lime Crime Venus Immortalis, kind of that one taupe Nabla Cutie palette, and that’s pretty much it. There are tons of warm rusty, golden or peachy neutrals, a bunch that are purple/mauve with some taupe and a bunch that are straight up gray, but this true taupe shade is quite difficult to find. Source: spent several days trying to dupe the ND Glam. Is it something absolutely new and never been seen before, is this fundamentally changing makeup as we know it? Obviously not. But it is a way less oversaturated segment of the market than bronze or coral and something I, a hater of everything bronze and golden am extremely pleased with.
Their limited edition Fame palette was about cool toned and as close to taupe they have ever gotten before this. It's sad they do so many warm colors. I think I need this too. ;)
I will probably pick this palette up in the near future . I'm in the process of transitioning back to my natural silver hair color and I find that cool tones suit me better than warm tones. So looks perfect for me .
I’m definitely a cool toned neutral person. I will wear warm neutrals cause they’re hard to avoid since it seems every neutral palette is warm. But you won’t catch me in a warm nude lipstick, hate them on me.

I had little to no interest in this initially just because it seemed boring and just like every other neutral palette. I just picked this palette up after sleeping on it forever and I really love it. I enjoy that they excluded glitters from the lineup (those get EVERYWHERE), and after a barrage of warm tones over the past decade, it’s nice to see a fully cool-toned palette with stony, versatile shades.

I love this collection. I honestly didn’t think I would but I love cool toned neutrals! I’ve been waiting for an affordable brand to come out with a cool toned palette I want to get the , the SS Shadows, the liners and the lighter highlight. I love ColourPop’s lip liners, I use them all the time. Most of the time I just fill in my entire lips and wear it like that. I love the look you did! It seems weird that I’m so excited about a neutral eye 🤣

Taupe is by far my favorite neutral kind of color, so while I had been feeling over all the neutrals from Colourpop recently, I picked up several things from this collection right away! I ordered this one. I tend to gravitate towards pastels and grungy colors but this taupe palette is must have in my collection. Perfect neutral palette for my cool-toned self. I’m thinking it will pair well with my other palettes as well. ☺️
Like you, I prefer at least a little bit of color to my eye looks, but when it comes to neutrals I usually go for cool tones! When it comes to warm tones, I choose peaches, corals, and yellows over warm browns every time.
I do really like this palette! While I prefer colors myself, cool toned taupes and neutrals are so flattering for me. I'd absolute be down to pick this up if I hadn't just bought 12 shades in this range from Sydney Grace in the spring. The old 'Fame' palette that Colourpop had was my holy grail for a long time, and I was so sad they discontinued it. Forever looking for an exact dupe of that Debutante shade. I have a cooled toned palette from Milani but I'm not a lover of their formula so I am really considering decluttering that one and getting the ColourPop on instead. I love warm toned neutrals but I've been kinda over it and it has been really hard, I think, to find a true cool toned neutral palette. The release really ticked all the boxes for me. This palette when I first saw it reminds me of the Natasha Denona Glam Palette that everyone else is talking about. So I look at it like a ND cheaper option.

I love cool toned neutrals! I'm finally coming around on warm toned neutrals, but cool tones have my heart. Debating getting this because on one hand it's perfect for me, but on the other I already have similar shades because I love them so much. Think I'll keep it on my wish list for a while and see if I'm still excited about it later. Though might have to try to recreate your look with what I already have because wow that's stunning! It flatters you so well, and is so pretty!

I also wear cool and warm shadow looks...I do make sure that I wear blush and lips that go with the cool or warm tones! It drives me crazy to see someone with copper lids and cool pink cheeks!!! 😂 🐍🐍🐍
I won't be picking this up, because I just built a cool toned palette out of Sydney Grace singles. I wanted cool, but because I have a yellow skintone things tend to pull too silver on me. I went with a slightly pink cool nude inner corner highlight, cool champagne shimmer (similar to Ritz), lavender taupe shimmer, warm lavender duochrome with blue shift, deep cool brown shimmer, and cool brown mattes in varying depths. Everything has a little bit of a twist and I'm so pleased. I'm definitely more interested in Colourpop now that they're going back to cardboard and getting rid of the pressed glitters. I think I might pick up their mauve palette for travel.
This is actually just the kind of neutral palette I want! Cool taupes with a great range of depths (and no glitter & sequins!) Overall I think this collection is very nicely done. I really love this eye look btw, gorgeous! 🐍👏❤
I'm actually always on the hunt for cool toned neutrals, so I'm really happy to find a palette from them in their formula at their price. I'm absolutely a colour-look girl, but a cool toned taupe to help make my hood recede makes me really happy😊
With neutrals, I love both warm and cool. But since the makeup market has become so oversaturated with warm neutral palettes, I'm happy to see brands release more cool tones. I love lipliners because I don't have a defined lip line so I feel incomplete if I wear a sheer gloss by itself. Plus they're a fun way of changing the tone of sheer lipsticks. 🐍

I'm olive/tan skinned and even though warm tones look better on me, I definitely prefer cooler tones because they're so unique lately. Every palette is warm browns with oranges and maybe one or 2 bright colors.... boring. I love this palette and all the cool tone browns, I can't wait to do some grungy looks with it.
🐍 I did get the palette because I'm going back to work and even though I have plenty of neutrals in my collection already, I thought it would be a nice addition to my "work appropriate, business grunge" thing, since so many of my neutrals are warmer. I've always wanted to try Ritz but didn't get it because I own Urban Decay's Space Cowboy which is apparently an almost exact dupe. 🐍

I wouldn’t call neutrals boring, like I wouldn’t call colorful makeup clown makeup. Not that you call them boring but I hear it a lot from other people. 😅🙈 I think everyone has different preferences and that’s awesome that there’s a palette on the market for everyone. I love both neutrals and colorful tones. I plan to eventually get this palette because cool tone neutrals are harder to find. Thanks for sharing this collection with us. 🙂
I'm definitely a cool tone neutral person. They just look better with my coloring. I'm a makeup artist, so I do need both warm and cool though for my clients.
It took me a minute to realize the pun in the name as well lol so don't feel bad! I ordered this palette because I am not huge on cool neutrals but I wanted the Natasha Denona Glam palette but I didnt want to spend $65 on a palette that I won't use very often. I also ordered the Out of Quartz ssh, the Cool Bff lippie pencil, and the Rattler Ultra Glossy Lip. I was super happy because the gloss actually has pigment to it! My order shipped out already as well which makes me super happy.
Its a tad similar to going coconuts but not the same. I own going coconuts and its super pretty. The metallics are stunning. But that palette is more neutral and kinda warm. While the thats taupe palette is cool toned gray.
I am a cool tone neutral person as well, the only reason I didn't pick it up is because I feel I have the shades in my other palettes for example the BH Love in London. 🐍
I'm not interested in the collection but when I saw it, I knew a couple friends were going to be SO EXCITED because they've been asking for a cool toned neutral palette from CP for some time. I am, however, excited that there are no pressed glitters included 😂 And I'm super interested in the highlighters because I'm just addicted to highlighters 👀 Also, I'm a new subscriber and have seen several of your videos but for some reason just barely noticed your awesome Mario tattoo??? Or maybe that SOL body glow brought my eyes over to Mario LOL.
Not a taupe lover, I prefer warm neutrals if I’m doing neutrals, but I’m happy about the formulas in the palette. I’m also excited about the super shock shadows and the old type of packaging for the super shock cheeks. I like the pressed formula, and I think it lasts longer, but I agree I don’t want a giant highlighter compact in my collection. I’m not sure either of the highlighters are shades for me though, one is too light and the other looks too dark and cool toned. The body oil looks nice, not sure how much I’d use that either, but Mario is working it. I actually like how the gloss looks on you, but I agree about the ultra glossy formula compared to the so juicy formula. I love the snake theme, but the colors aren’t for me. Maybe if this more marketable version does well we will get more fun color stories with just mattes, shimmers and super shock formulas. 🤞🐍
🐍It seems like a good collection for people who either don't like or can't wear strong yellow/ orange/red based browns & neutrals. It's a nice change from what we've been seeing. Personally, I like a combination or spectrum of warm & cool within every palette & that would include neutrals.
My skins undertone makes warm tones pull super orange so I’m just not that big of a fan. I will do it sometimes but I feel prettier in cool tones or neutrals
I literally never wear taupes, and maybe its just me being bored with whats been released lately, but I’m curious about this palette. I don’t know if it makes sense for me to buy it or if it will make me look dead lol, but it keeps me looking at it ;)
Considering the best neutral palette I have from CP is the Fame palette (and one of their only true cool toned palettes, this one does interest me. Maybe I'll pick it up if it stays in stock for long enough. I hate that they discontinue good palettes so fast. The supershock puts me off though. the formula in the palettes creases on me soo badly. I'm so wanting more cool tones. I hate supporting their palettes with supershock and glitters though. The single supershocks look beautiful though. And the og formula in the pots never crease on me. I don't think it looks like Going Coconuts. I do have that one. You're always so cute and pixie like. You always do beautiful makeup that fits your facial features. (I've been watching for awhile and just finally had to say it. lol
@@battybean You're welcome! I have very hooded eyes, so maybe that's why they crease. It just seems to be a bit of a more emollient formula in the palettes.
@@katia_gabriella I like the Sigma primer stick and the elf putty primer. I only set my upper lid to brow bone (because I want shadow to stick best on my lid or it transfers to my hood) with a light toned shadow. A skin toned shadow works well but I like to go a bit brighter as I don't have much room to highlight under my brow. Both primers grip shadow pretty well for me and are on the waxy side so it should help reduce oil coming through.

I ordered this one. I tend to gravitate towards pastels and grungy colors but this taupe palette is must have in my collection. Perfect neutral palette for my cool-toned self. I’m thinking it will pair well with my other palettes as well. ☺️
Like you, I prefer at least a little bit of color to my eye looks, but when it comes to neutrals I usually go for cool tones! When it comes to warm tones, I choose peaches, corals, and yellows over warm browns every time.
I do really like this palette! While I prefer colors myself, cool toned taupes and neutrals are so flattering for me. I'd absolute be down to pick this up if I hadn't just bought 12 shades in this range from Sydney Grace in the spring. The old 'Fame' palette that Colourpop had was my holy grail for a long time, and I was so sad they discontinued it. Forever looking for an exact dupe of that Debutante shade.

I was really excited about this collection actually! I have a cooled toned palette from Milani but I'm not a lover of their formula so I am really considering decluttering that one and getting the ColourPop on instead. I love warm toned neutrals but I've been kinda over it and it has been really hard, I think, to find a true cool toned neutral palette. The release really ticked all the boxes for me. This palette when I first saw it reminds me of the Natasha Denona Glam Palette that everyone else is talking about. So I look at it like a ND cheaper option.

I love cool toned neutrals! I'm finally coming around on warm toned neutrals, but cool tones have my heart. Debating getting this because on one hand it's perfect for me, but on the other I already have similar shades because I love them so much. Think I'll keep it on my wish list for a while and see if I'm still excited about it later. Though might have to try to recreate your look with what I already have because wow that's stunning! It flatters you so well, and is so pretty!

I also wear cool and warm shadow looks...I do make sure that I wear blush and lips that go with the cool or warm tones! It drives me crazy to see someone with copper lids and cool pink cheeks!!! 😂

I usually go for warm tones neutrals because I love blending a warm, orangey blush at the edges of my eye look.

I won't be picking this up, because I just built a cool toned palette out of Sydney Grace singles. I wanted cool, but because I have a yellow skintone things tend to pull too silver on me. I went with a slightly pink cool nude inner corner highlight, cool champagne shimmer (similar to Ritz), lavender taupe shimmer, warm lavender duochrome with blue shift, deep cool brown shimmer, and cool brown mattes in varying depths. Everything has a little bit of a twist and I'm so pleased. I'm definitely more interested in Colourpop now that they're going back to cardboard and getting rid of the pressed glitters. I think I might pick up their mauve palette for travel.
This is actually just the kind of neutral palette I want! Cool taupes with a great range of depths (and no glitter & sequins!)
Overall I think this collection is very nicely done.

I'm actually always on the hunt for cool toned neutrals, so I'm really happy to find a palette from them in their formula at their price. I'm absolutely a colour-look girl, but a cool toned taupe to help make my hood recede makes me really happy😊

With neutrals, I love both warm and cool. But since the makeup market has become so oversaturated with warm neutral palettes, I'm happy to see brands release more cool tones. I love lipliners because I don't have a defined lip line so I feel incomplete if I wear a sheer gloss by itself. Plus they're a fun way of changing the tone of sheer lipsticks. 🐍

I'm olive/tan skinned and even though warm tones look better on me, I definitely prefer cooler tones because they're so unique lately. Every palette is warm browns with oranges and maybe one or 2 bright colors.... boring. I love this palette and all the cool tone browns, I can't wait to do some grungy looks with it.

🐍 I did get the palette because I'm going back to work and even though I have plenty of neutrals in my collection already, I thought it would be a nice addition to my "work appropriate, business grunge" thing, since so many of my neutrals are warmer. I've always wanted to try Ritz but didn't get it because I own Urban Decay's Space Cowboy which is apparently an almost exact dupe. 🐍

I wouldn’t call neutrals boring, like I wouldn’t call colorful makeup clown makeup. Not that you call them boring but I hear it a lot from other people. 😅🙈 I think everyone has different preferences and that’s awesome that there’s a palette on the market for everyone. I love both neutrals and colorful tones. I plan to eventually get this palette because cool tone neutrals are harder to find. Thanks for sharing this collection with us. 🙂

It took me a minute to realize the pun in the name as well lol so don't feel bad! I ordered this palette because I am not huge on cool neutrals but I wanted the Natasha Denona Glam palette but I didnt want to spend $65 on a palette that I won't use very often. I also ordered the Out of Quartz ssh, the Cool Bff lippie pencil, and the Rattler Ultra Glossy Lip. I was super happy because the gloss actually has pigment to it! My order shipped out already as well which makes me super happy.

Its a tad similar to going coconuts but not the same. I own going coconuts and its super pretty. The metallics are stunning. But that palette is more neutral and kinda warm. While the thats taupe palette is cool toned gray.

I am a cool tone neutral person as well, the only reason I didn't pick it up is because I feel I have the shades in my other palettes for example the BH Love in London. 🐍

Not a taupe lover, I prefer warm neutrals if I’m doing neutrals, but I’m happy about the formulas in the palette. I’m also excited about the super shock shadows and the old type of packaging for the super shock cheeks. I like the pressed formula, and I think it lasts longer, but I agree I don’t want a giant highlighter compact in my collection. I’m not sure either of the highlighters are shades for me though, one is too light and the other looks too dark and cool toned. The body oil looks nice, not sure how much I’d use that either, but Mario is working it. I actually like how the gloss looks on you, but I agree about the ultra glossy formula compared to the so juicy formula. I love the snake theme, but the colors aren’t for me. Maybe if this more marketable version does well we will get more fun color stories with just mattes, shimmers and super shock formulas. 🤞🐍
🐍It seems like a good collection for people who either don't like or can't wear strong yellow/ orange/red based browns & neutrals. It's a nice change from what we've been seeing. Personally, I like a combination or spectrum of warm & cool within every palette & that would include neutrals.
My skins undertone makes warm tones pull super orange so I’m just not that big of a fan. I will do it sometimes but I feel prettier in cool tones or neutrals

I literally never wear taupes, and maybe its just me being bored with whats been released lately, but I’m curious about this palette. I don’t know if it makes sense for me to buy it or if it will make me look dead lol, but it keeps me looking at it ;)
Considering the best neutral palette I have from CP is the Fame palette (and one of their only true cool toned palettes, this one does interest me. Maybe I'll pick it up if it stays in stock for long enough. I hate that they discontinue good palettes so fast. The supershock puts me off though. the formula in the palettes creases on me soo badly. I'm so wanting more cool tones. I hate supporting their palettes with supershock and glitters though. The single supershocks look beautiful though. And the og formula in the pots never crease on me. I don't think it looks like Going Coconuts. I do have that one.

@@battybean You're welcome! I have very hooded eyes, so maybe that's why they crease. It just seems to be a bit of a more emollient formula in the palettes.
What eyeshadow primer and setting powder do you use? I've got really oily eyelids as well :(
@@katia_gabriella I like the Sigma primer stick and the elf putty primer. I only set my upper lid to brow bone (because I want shadow to stick best on my lid or it transfers to my hood) with a light toned shadow. A skin toned shadow works well but I like to go a bit brighter as I don't have much room to highlight under my brow. Both primers grip shadow pretty well for me and are on the waxy side so it should help reduce oil coming through.
