I totally understand why Namjoon got so impressed with how Jimin wrote this song. He said it didn't need any kind of brush up like, he didn't wanna touch it. It was brilliantly written. I think this song is so deep and meaningful and not every other person can understand the lyrics because this song talk about mental struggles to fit in with society and during this process you lose you self and it just feels like your just wearing a mask this song also talks about how depressed you become when you try to change yourself entirely for someone and in the end realize that because of this change you start to lose yourself entirely. This song teaches me to never lose myself and never change for anyone because most people are selfish and only a few like bts and good armies are cool

Yeah, you would never realize he had an eating problem. You ever wonder why he was so thin? He tries to make us happy, so he often will practice until he gets the dance to be perfect, he only gets 3 hours of sleep, and he will starve himself to be "perfect". He really needs to remember how important food is for his energy and the band. I've tried to connact him over social media to explain this to him, but I dont think he sees them. Please, if you ever do meet him, make sure he is doing ok. Not just for me, but for the boys and ARMY. And please remind him that if ARMY is trying to change him to the point that he starts to starve himself, then they aren't true fans. True fans should always put their idols health before they ask for them to change. The fact that this song has such a deep and emotional meaning got me. Considering how much pain Jimin was in during this time when he basically starved himself. The lyrics make perfect sense now too. There is a demon telling jimin these lies that he can’t get to go away and can’t run away from so he believes them and that’s why he did that diet. He knew it wasn’t good and wanted to get out of it but couldn’t and went back to it every time. Thankfully he is better now. Armies love jimin soo much!!!💜💜. I came here after watching Burn The Stage episode 4. This song is a legit masterpiece. It expresses a state of mind in such a sincere way. The haunting start is so perfect for settling the song's mood. I don't cry easily, so this song puts me in a kind of limbo of emotions and when Jimin sings the part "Please find the me who was innocent" my chest gets tight, my heart skips a beat and my conciseness feels like it escapes my body for a second. @@tyddlup yeah he does it was sorta discovered by the other members and if you pay attention to his interviews and behind the scenes you can see his aversion and fear to food and his constant comments on his weight that don't make sense to anyone but himself so that's body dysmorphia. For now he seems to have it in control but eating disorders like other illnesses go into remission and then can come back if triggered. Hopefully if it does he will have support.

Back then I didn't care about appearance like at all 😂 I literally thought I was going to grow up looking like ProZD.. But I'm not exactly sure what happened? I guess puberty kicked in and I wanted to be handsome somehow. So yeah I lost quite a bit of weight, 68kgs to 56kgs. Sigh the side effects aren't lovely. I can feel hunger but it barely bothers me. I eat food just for living. I legit eat once to twice a day now..and I'm never satisfied with my looks. I guess when you get drawn to it, it's hard to escape

Yeah, you would never realize he had an eating problem. You ever wonder why he was so thin? He tries to make us happy, so he often will practice until he gets the dance to be perfect, he only gets 3 hours of sleep, and he will starve himself to be "perfect".
He really needs to remember how important food is for his energy and the band. I've tried to connact him over social media to explain this to him, but I dont think he sees them.
Please, if you ever do meet him, make sure he is doing ok. Not just for me, but for the boys and ARMY. And please remind him that if ARMY is trying to change him to the point that he starts to starve himself, then they aren't true fans. True fans should always put their idols health before they ask for them to change.

The fact that this song has such a deep and emotional meaning got me. Considering how much pain Jimin was in during this time when he basically starved himself. The lyrics make perfect sense now too. There is a demon telling jimin these lies that he can’t get to go away and can’t run away from so he believes them and that’s why he did that diet. He knew it wasn’t good and wanted to get out of it but couldn’t and went back to it every time. Thankfully he is better now. Armies love jimin soo much!!!💜💜. I came here after watching Burn The Stage episode 4. It really broke my heart that Jimin doubts himself so much, that after every performance he cries and stresses about mistakes or if something didnt go the way he wanted to. This song is a legit masterpiece. It expresses a state of mind in such a sincere way. The haunting start is so perfect for settling the song's mood. I don't cry easily, so this song puts me in a kind of limbo of emotions and when Jimin sings the part "Please find the me who was innocent" my chest gets tight, my heart skips a beat and my conciseness feels like it escapes my body for a second. This is definitely one of the best songs I've heard in a while and a perfect way to prove my philosophy teacher that modern music can also be art.

@@tyddlup yeah he does it was sorta discovered by the other members and if you pay attention to his interviews and behind the scenes you can see his aversion and fear to food and his constant comments on his weight that don't make sense to anyone but himself so that's body dysmorphia. For now he seems to have it in control but eating disorders like other illnesses go into remission and then can come back if triggered. Hopefully if it does he will have support.

After a long depressive episode, I had lost alot of weight. Back then I didn't care about appearance like at all 😂
I literally thought I was going to grow up looking like ProZD..
But I'm not exactly sure what happened? I guess puberty kicked in and I wanted to be handsome somehow.
So yeah I lost quite a bit of weight, 68kgs to 56kgs.
Sigh the side effects aren't lovely.
I can feel hunger but it barely bothers me. I eat food just for living. I legit eat once to twice a day now..and I'm never satisfied with my looks.
I guess when you get drawn to it, it's hard to escape
