Hi,There is a few questions about the Mark Attributes component of Tekla Drawing 2022 I want to ask.Thank you.On the input side, I'm confused about the use of first input(Mark Attributes),it seems there's no match component as input.
Hi! There are two options to annotate objects: 1) You can use the Associative Note component together with the Mark Attributes. For the Mark Attributes there is only one obligatory input - Drawing Object which is needed to narrow the scope of attributes (part/rebar/bolt). The first one, which you mentioned, is optional, it could be used to modify existing attributes. 2) Go with the Mark component, which needs the object for which you want to insert the mark and the name of attributes file (like in the save/load UI in Tekla). This mark will be inserted slower, with the help of Tekla macro, but it is what the users are familiar. Usually, associative notes are not used.
