Most people struggle with X-Guard because there are so many different variations under one umbrella so we created the video we wish we had 15 years ago as a reference guide to the main types of X-Guards you'll hear about most commonly. The great thing about this game is that it is universal for both Gi and No-Gi. Hope you enjoy!
